Chapter 25: Wilting Rose
Doyoung stops himself from going into Ten's room as he hears the sounds of glass shattering and stuff being thrown. He takes notice of Ten's outrage over Taeyong's return.
He's about to go down stairs when he hears Jungwoo's voice. He changes his mind so instead, he decides to take a look at what's happening down stairs from the balcony.
"Get back here!" Jungwoo chases Jaemin around the living room while Jisoo and Yiren laugh at them.
"Noona, help me!" Jaemin hides behind Seulgi as she happens to walk in.
"Why am I always being dragged into something?" She groans as Jungwoo and Jaemin run around her.
Doyoung lets out a soft chuckle as he watches Jungwoo. "I remember when I used to do this, when I was too shy to talk to you. I'd watch you from afar till that one night. . ." He's too lost in thought to notice Karina approaching him.
"What are you doing?" She asks, crossing her arms. Doyoung turns almost instantly. "Nothing!"
He looks Karina up and down, noticing how she's dressed. "Where are you going?"
"Out."
"Out where?"
"To the mall. . ."
"Which mall?"
Karina whines, "Must I tell you?"
"Well, Karina, I am basically responsible for you so I yes, you must tell me." Doyoung says.
"I'm just going shopping with Ningning! That's all you need to know. Don't treat me like a child." Karina argues.
Doyoung laughs before grabbing Karina's neck with one hand and delivers a sharp punch to her gut.
Karina groans, holding her stomach.
"You react too slow. " he tells her.
Karina holds the rails for support. "I'll send you my location! You didn't need to punch me- god, I feel sick." She mutters.
"Kim Doyoung!"
Doyoung nearly jumps as he hears Johnny shout for him.
"Why did you just punch Karina?" Johnny questions as he walks over to them.
"She won't tell me where she's going and I was just showing her why she needs to tell me." He replies.
Johnny rolls his eyes. "She already told me. Now, I sent her to go get you but you were taking too long. Let's go, we're paying Jennie a visit."
Doyoung nods before following Johnny downstairs, Karina behind them.

Yeonjun bows upon seeing Johnny.
Johnny watches Jennie through the window who sits in a chair chained up with her hands and feet tied.
Doyoung takes a few weapons off the table before entering the room.
Jennie glares daggers at him. "What do you want from me?" She asks.
". . . Why did you do it? You betrayed the people you grew up with, the people that care about you, your father. . . Your mom, what will they think? What will your sister think!?"
"I don't care what they think. I did what I had to do. . . I did it for Rosé."
". . . She's more important than your family?"
