Two more months had passed since Tom's revelations had been brought to his attention. It was now the middle of June; no solution to Harry's predicament to be found, and Tom was stressing himself over it more than Harry believed was necessary. It had been determined that Harry would not be returning to Hogwarts for his repeatable sixth year nor his seventh year. While he had people there he could trust; most of the people he wanted to trust, were not to be trusted at all.
It had hurt Harry, but he soon got over it as he had suspected it. Plus, he now had Tom beside of him and the man was doting and caring to him. He was ensuring Harry, as Loki, remained healthy and safe.
Harry had now grown past a size normal for his regular species; being that he was large enough when on his four paws; he was up past Tom's hips, built with litheness and muscles. Powerful sinewy muscle that Tom saw every time he took a step and eyed the feline weirdly.
Almost as if his throat would tighten as he held onto some hidden desire to watching the muscles tense and contract with his steps before releasing and repeating the process. It was both odd and fascinating to Harry; to see Tom reacting to him as an animal.
Harry internally pouted though; he was no longer small enough to curl into his lap. But Tom indulged him a lot by letting him drape part of his feline body over him and lie there. Merlin oh Merlin; did Harry enjoy that...inciting his Death Eaters with various reactions. Having Tom petting him with those long, and graceful fingers. Causing his purring rumbles to become somewhat loud when he was extremely content and comfortable.
Watching with internal smug satisfaction as they all stared to him; glowered at him for the attentions he was receiving from Tom, and more to the large feline.
Tom smiled at him as Harry laid across his lap and was gently dozing as he propped his feet to his coffee table and read a book from one hand; the other idly stroking the soft fur and intermittently sipping his glass of wine.
He wore black dress slacks that were tailored to him and pristinely ironed. His feet were bare as normal, but his torso was covered in a dark blue silken top that was unbuttoned. Keeping himself somewhat cool in the summer heat while also showing off his chest and delighting in the reactions he knew the scene would make. It helped that he also had regained his more natural looks by now too.
Having those plus a large predator beast lying across him; it made for quite a picture.
Tom smirked internally; just on time.
A knock sounded as Tom bade them to enter. Lord Malfoy strode in easily before pausing and began heavily staring to the sight of this scene. His Lord seemed almost too comfortable and at ease right now given situations what they were, and unlike most times...Nagini was not present.
No. That was likely due to the new predator that lounged across him and looked as if it was totally at ease. Like it belonged there. Purring contently as Tom rubbed his head and quirked a smile to it as he felt the rumbling vibrations.
