"We're going to need a lot of stuff….." Archangel Gabriel blinked at the sheet of paper he was holding, overwhelmed by the long list of items on it.
"That's why I'm here, Archangel." Crowley replied, giving his shoulder a pat. "I know exactly where to find all these things. But you're going to have to make the final decision on what you want for the babies. You are the father after all and Aziraphale and Eden are going to be getting the other things that we need for the babies and the nursery."
"Maybe I should be with them." Gabriel rasped. "In case Eden might need me…." Eden was quite big now, due to being pregnant with triplets and was having trouble walking. She couldn't even bend over anymore, and hadn't been able to for quite some time.
"She'll be fine Gabriel." Crowley said as he led the Archangel to an aisle of the shopping center he had never seen before. "Now, first we'll get the paint and wood for the cribs, oh yeah and while we're at the paint section, we might as well get the paints we need for the nursery. And we've already ordered the high chairs, car seats….." Gabriel's head spun as Crowley kept relaying the information.
"Do you want to get anything else Little One?" Aziraphale asked Eden who was admiring their shopping cart filled to the brim with baby toys and other crucial baby supplies. "Yes Papa." Aziraphale nodded, "Excellent, now, follow me sweetpea, now that you and Gabriel are deciding on names, I need to purchase yarn and new sewing needles. I have the cutest little garments in mind for little Mercury and his siblings!"
