Hey everybody, sorry for the long wait. I had exams and shit to deal with, but I'm here now with another update. This chapter and the next is kinda different. Although it is part of this book, it's also part of another book (Connor and Harmony's book) that I'm working on. I hope you enjoy it. I'd ask you all to comment and tell me what you think, but you're gonna keep your comments to yourselves anyway.

Connor's P.O.V

I couldn't take my eyes off of her, from the moment I first saw her I knew I had to have her. And I always get what I want. The sway of her lovely hips was hypnotizing, making me want to bow down and kiss the very dirt she walked on. I thought that love was a myth, something parents tell their children to make them believe that there was someone special waiting for them. But from the time I set my eyes on her, I knew that she was going to be the one to bring me to my knees.

Her beauty was exquisite and her body was divine. If I hadn't found her, god knows what London and his guys would have done to her. Just remembering what almost happened to her and how she got to be in that position in the first place, flared my anger. I should have killed her ex. I wanted to kill him, but too many questions would have been asked. I stole her right from under London's nose, he never saw it coming. He wanted her back, I knew he would do anything to get her back. But he's going to have to pry her from my cold dead hands.

"Connor?"

Harmony called, breaking into my thoughts. Her smile was infectious. I felt the corners of my lips tilted up into a small smile.

"You know, if you keep dancing like that I'll have you on your back in mere minutes." Harmony giggled and continued moving to the music. She moved a little closer to the chair I was sitting in. She smiled seductively at me then licked her lips. She reached behind her and brought the zipper down on her dress. Slowly she let the fabric slide off one shoulder then the next.

The dress fell to the ground and she stepped out of it. I put the paper I was reading to the size and my eyes moved with each sway of her hips. I watched as she continued dancing, moving from side to side, driving me crazy. She turned around slowly, facing away from me and unclipped her bra. I smiled when I saw the tattoo she had of my name on her lower back. I never wanted her to forget who she belonged to. And if by any chance she did get away from me before I was done with her, I wanted her to have a constant reminder of me.

Before she could turn around I was out of my chair and standing behind her. I pulled her to me roughly causing her to gasp. One of my hands was flat on her stomach and the other one was trailing down her spine. My hand stopped on the tattoo and I traced it with my finger. Her breathing was coming in small pants. I pressed a kiss at the base of her neck.

She closed her eyes and her head fell to the side. The tip of my fingers was scaling the edge of her underwear. She moaned when I moved my hand up and lightly brushed her nipple. Her eyes opened and she gazed at me. I spun her around and kissed her soft lips. Walking slowly, I backed her up until we were both standing by the edge of the sofa.

Without taking my mouth or my hands off of her, I gently laid her down. I pulled away slightly from her lips to stare into her big beautiful brown eyes. To have a woman look at me the way she was, was a boost to my ego. I knew I owned her, and she knew she belonged only to me. Her eyes said as much. I moved a bit to pull my shirt over my head and immediately her hands were on my chest. I watched as her eyes darken with passion and pleasure. I leaned down and took her lips again. I reached for her underwear and was about to pull it down when the voice of my heartless wife reached me, along with that of my cowardly brother's.
