Connor's P.O.V

Scarlet smiled sweetly at me, and her voice was laced with poison as she spoke.

"I'll be waiting at the manor for you."

She turned her poison filled smile on Harmony.

"I'll wear that red dress that you like so much."

She stepped out of Mason's arms and came closer to me. Her eyes left Harmony and found mine. She trailed a finger down my bare chest and spoke in a seductive, slurry voice.

"Don't keep me waiting too long now, Con. The sooner we get this done, the sooner you can get me pregnant."

At Harmony sharp intake of breath, Scarlet laughed. She turned to her.

"Oh honey, did you think that this what you have with him is serious? Connor Ledrick, have and will always be mine."

Her voice change from disgust and pity to one edged with deadly warning.

"Never forget that!"

She turned on her heel and walked away with Mason trailing behind her like the dog he is.

Harmony turned to me when they were gone, her eyes filled with tears. Her hands when to her stomach involuntary.

"C-Connor, what does she mean? Are you trying to get her pregnant?"

I reached for her, but she pulled away and took a step back, shaking her head. I sighed and ran my hand through my hair. I've never told her anything about the situation with my wife. I didn't want her in that part of my life, but I knew that I would have to tell her.

I took a step closer to her again and again she stepped out of my reach. I wasn't in the mood for her disobedience. I looked her in the eyes, my eyes showing my impatience with her. I took a step forward but this time she didn't move. I pulled her to me roughly.

"Never run away from me, do you hear me?"

She nodded, her eyes filled with fear. That's what I wanted, for her to fear me. I wanted her to know that I was the one in charge, not her.

"You're mine, Harmony. I own you. You never keep what's mine away from me, do you hear me?"

She nodded, but that wasn't enough for me, I needed to hear her say the words. I embedded my hand in her hair and pulled slightly, causing her to cry out.

"Say it, I want to hear you say it."

With fear in her eyes and tears streaming down her face, she said, "I'll never k-keep what is yours away from y-you, I promise."

I smile feeling slightly satisfied, there was still one more thing I needed to hear her say.

"I own you, you're mine, say it."

She tried to look away, but I turned her back to face me. "Say it!" I commanded

She jumped from the harness of my voice, but I didn't care. I just wanted to hear her say it.

She was shaking when she said, "Y-you own me, I-I'm yours."

I closed my eyes and let her words wash over me. When I opened them back to look at her, I saw that her lips were trembling. My eyes darken and just before I took her trembling lips with mine, I said in the most primal voice.

"Yes I do and yes you are."

I lifted her up and she wrapped her legs around my waist, without breaking our kiss, I carried her to the bedroom and fell onto the bed with her. She was mine, and I was going to take pleasure in what was mine.
