Lost Love

Chapter 4

Beth bursted through the door. "And what do you think yous are doing?" Leah had quickly rolled off me but Beth could tell something was up as I was blushing. "Right to the sofa, the girls will be over soon for team bonding. This way we can keep an eye on both of you." Leah was laughing, while Beth walked out the door. "Don't think your getting away with this, I'll finish what I carry on later." I couldn't contain my smiling while my cheeks went bright read. Leah had disappeared to the sofa while I was left there with the aftermath of what had happened. 'Does she like me? Or am I being used?' This contained my thoughts until the girls came over.

We were all sat on the sofas chatting until Lotte says "We playing truth or dare?" Katie burst up, "YES. It has to happen." I was sat in between Leah and Jordan. From nowhere Beth announced, "Holly, truth or dare?" "Truth.", wondering where Beth was going with this question. "First look, who you fancy the most out of the group." I didn't want to make it obvious that it was Leah. "Umm I'd have to go with Katie." I turned and caught Leah's face going bright red, looking very disappointed. "I knew it, ever since you walked in baby", replies Katie, in a sarcastic tone. A few go's pass and it was Leah's go. "So Leah, truth or dare?", Viv asked. "Dare.", said Leah with a smirk. "Kiss the teammate who you fancy the most." Leah turned around, stared at me, then turned and kissed Katie. I felt tears coming into my eyes, feeling hurt. Beth have me an eyebrow and mouthed, "Are you okay?" I decided to take myself of to the bathroom, where I said and cried. I didn't bother to go back down, I just went straight to bed. Leah walked in, "Didn't like that game huh?" "You took it too far Leah. I joked about Katie and you went and kissed her." Leah's face turned red. "Holly you've been here a day. I don't know who you think you are but your not mine, I'm not yours. Get over it." Leah stormed out of the room. I cried myself to sleep, replaying the memories in my head. Leah slept on the sofa, and crept into bed half way through the night. She caught me crying, and just sat there and stared until she turned over. I just kept thinking, 'I thought she was different.'

I woke up before Leah and quickly left the room. I couldn't face her yet, how has she betrayed me in the space of a day. We have training at 12, which made me nervous to see Leah. I left early for training to get away from everyone and practised shots. Jonas walked over to me, "Everything okay Holly?" "Just getting some early practise in." Jonas looked impressed, "Well don't work too hard, also we've a meeting before training to welcome someone in the team." I sat wondering who it was coming. I suddenly felt an hand sit on my waist, "Leah get the fuck off, I don't want to talk to you." A voice replied, "Leah huh? You really have moved on quick...."
