Cucumber Ranch Dressing
1 cucumber
Some mayo
Sour cream
Dill weed
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Salt and pepper
(PS, I didn't measure anything.... probably a tsp of each spice, and a good hefty scoop of mayo and sour cream.)
Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until it's to your liking. Great for salads, sandwiches, as a dip for fries, to have with pizza, or to replace ranch dressing in any form. No joke. This shit is great.
