Crossing his arms over his chest, Micah watched the panic swirling around inside his sisters frightened eyes. "H-How?" She stuttered as she fell out of her chair. "H-How are you alive? I killed you!"

For the first time in years, Micah looked at his sister without a single shred of fear. "Well, clearly you didn't," he said. She had killed him, but he wasn't going to tell her that. "Because my heart is beating. So, I think that means you failed."

Bella jerked forward, her hands wrapping around the cuffs. "Let me out of these and I'll finish the job!" She spat, trying to mask her terror with anger. It wasn't working.

"No,"

"Why are you here?" Bell sneered, "You want to taunt me? Is that it? Well it won't work because the Cullens are mine and once they realise your alive, they'll kill you for me!"

A small smile made its way onto the teens lips. "No, I'm not here to do any of that." He told her, smiling to his father as the man stepped behind him with a blank face. "For as long as I can remember, you have treated me like I was some kind of monster."

"Because you are."

"But," Micah continued, "I think the real monster was you. You were so scared to admit that you hated yourself that you made the closest person to you feel so disgusting in their own skin because it made you feel better."

Bella pinched up her lips as her brother continued talking. Occasionally, her eyes would dart to Charlie, hoping he would defend her, but he never did. Instead he leaned against the wall and crossed his arms over his chest.

"It's sad, Bella, because no one should have to feel like that. To look in the mirror and hate what they see. To think that every complement given is just someone messing around and to feel so insecure about themselves that they don't believe that they deserve the nicer things in life."

Sighing softly, Micah walked over to the chair his father had previously occupied and sat down. Crossing his leg over his knee, he leaned back and stared at his sister without flinching to her harsh glare.

"I guess what I'm trying to say is that I understand why you did it. Why you made my life a living hell every day. It was simply because you were so insecure about yourself and didn't like that at the age of ten, I was more confident than you. So you chipped me down, day by day to make yourself feel better. But know look at you. Do you still feel better?"

Swallowing thickly, Bella blinked back the tears that wanted to trickle down her face. She didn't want to admit it, but her brothers words had hit her harder than she had expected.

"Yeah, I do." She answered, a slow smile slipping onto her lips. "I do actually because look at me." Bella threw out her arms as far as the cuffs would allow, "I'm beautiful, I'm adored and I have the Cullens. What about you? What do you have?"

Micah smirked at her mocking tone. "I have my freedom for starters," crossing his arms over his chest, he raised his brow. He didn't know where this confidence had come from, but he wasn't letting it go. "I have our dad and I have my friends."

"It that all," Bella pouted mockingly, "Oh you poor baby. Do you really think they will stick with you for long?" She laughed manically, "They will  get bored of you and come flocking to me once they realise that I was right all along."

Standing up from the chair, Micah sighed. "Maybe your right," he said softly. "Maybe they will leave me and go to you. But then maybe your wrong. Maybe they will stand with me until my last breath. Unfortunately neither of us can see the future so we will never know."

Walking towards the door, he ignored his sister screaming at him to sit back down. He wasn't going to sit back down because he had a certain family he had to see.

Following out after his father, Micah paused in the doorway and turned back to his sister. She was no longer sitting in the chair but standing as far as the cuffs would let her.

"You know when you asked, 'What do you have?'" Micah asked. "I forgot to add one thing onto that list. I have the Volturi Kings on my side. Marcus. Caius. And Aro."

"And who are they?"

"I thought you knew everything?" It was Micah's turn to mock. "They are the Kings. Kings of the Vampire kingdom and you, Bella Swan, have broken their most sacred law. See you soon, sister."
