It had been thirty years since the death of his sister and Micah had never felt more alive. He no longer lived in that dreary town of forks, having moved to Sweden after his Twentieth birthday. He and his mates lived in a relatively large house with four bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and a hundred foot garden surrounded by trees. A twenty minute walk from the house, and you'd find yourself at the beach.
Jessica had gone on to become a singer. After finishing high school, she had changed her name to Beca and joined an a-cappella group that was ironically called the Bella's. After a few years, she had managed to sign a record label and was now a pop artist.
Beca and Leah had unfortunately cut all ties when the shifter refused to continue their long distance relationship. She had expressed how it was taking a role on her and that she wanted her to come home but Beca refused. She was at the peak of her career and if she left then it would all be over.
However, after five years, the two had bumped into each other and had reconnected and soon found themselves married. Now wherever one went, the other was close behind. Because of Leah's shifter side, she aged slower than humans and because Beca is her imprint, that passed on, meaning that the two late, forty year olds still looked like they were fresh out of high school.
Four years later, the two had adopted a beautiful baby girl. Her name is Elizabeth and she had just celebrated her engagement party with Derek. The two had known each other since birth so it was no surprise that he had proposed.
