Josh's body tensed as he formed a protective stance around Cleo, he didn't want anything to happen to her especially since it was Kelly's idea to come out in the first place,Fuck! They really should have sat this girl down and let her know that despite being 19,she could still be mature.

Anyway now was not the time for that, he made a mental reminder to make sure he spoke to her about her behavior later on.. if they could survive whatever was coming.

"Oh shit" Kelly said slowly backing away. Josh remained in his protective stance he formed around Cleo, with his pocket knife held high while Cleo tightened her grip on Josh she didn't want to let go, Charles got his fists ready he didn't know what to expect but he wanted to make sure he didn't go down without at least defending himself and his friends, Liam on the other hand looked scared he had never really been a fighter and his height too wasn't really favorable.

They were all tense with every second that ticked by. "Babe,if anything happens I want you to run far away okay?... Very fast and don't look back" Josh said as he looked at his girlfriend like it was the last time he would ever see her, he didn't know whether it was but to be sure he wanted her face to be the last face he saw if he was to die here tonight.

He also wanted to defend her, protect her by all means even if it cost him his life he didn't care. "N..n..no I'm not going anywhere without you I'll stay here I'd rather die than.." Cleo said she was trying to complete her sentence but she choked on her tears. Josh looked at his girlfriend and kissed her he really didn't like to see her cry no matter the situation. "Alright lovebirds we should get ready for what's ahead" Charles said somewhat sarcastically.

The footsteps of their soon to be murderer was heard......
But suddenly the lights flickered and the street lights were lit and to their surprise it was a Black cat that looked at them, it was about to come close but it was shooed by Kelly.

"I told y'all that the old woman was nothing but a lying bitch" Kelly said triumphantly. "Um I don't think we should be celebrating so soon Kel.." Liam said and they looked up to see owls filled in the night sky. "O..owls? W..what the..?" Kelly said surprised.

"Um,I move the motion that we get the hell outta this place.." Liam said he was clearly scared but tried to hide it. "Y..yh I second that" Kelly said and the duo ran ahead of the others. Josh had to carry Cleo because she was still scared and drenched in sweat.

Charles followed behind and the group went into their home breathing a sigh of relief. "Am I the only one, or does it feel like we're being watched?" Liam said. "Nonsense! We're going to bed we have to go to our college tomorrow.." Kelly said she really didn't want to admit it but Liam was right she felt like something or someone was watching them....
