As they parked their cars in the parking lot, Cleo was the first to get out of the vehicle. School! How much it meant to her, school was a place that helped her escape many of her problems at home though she wasn't living with her parents for now and she hadn't been to this school before, she still felt some sense of security and was somewhat nostalgic as she looked at the massive buildings.

"So we're here" Liam said as he looked at the girls walking by. Liam was short yes but it didn't stop him from being a pervert. "Behave yourself bro or else you'd have more STIs than you can treat" Charles said as he smacked Liam's head, Liam in turn laughed "well you can't get STIs from girls,bro. Unless you go in without protection" Liam said

"Uugh,I fr can't understand why you are a pervert,bro you're missing out on the best thing ever" Josh said, "which is?" Liam asked. " Love of course, you're missing out on how love is so much more fulfilling than sex" Josh said as he pecked Cleo's cheek and they proceeded to the main school building, the building wasn't what they expected,it was quite welcoming.

They saw other new students like them, few students smiled at them and waved, they waved back of course. They felt like this would be a break from the impression they had of the City. After brief hugs and words of encouragement the group departed to their different departments and faculty

*6 hours later*

"Phew,that was quite a day" Josh said as he sat down on the steps,"tell me about it" Liam said as he and the rest of the group trailed behind him.

"Yeah...but we should really get home before it gets dark,we can not break any of the rules again" Josh said as he looked into the violet-orange evening sky," you don't have to tell me twice, I'm gone bro" Liam said as he hurriedly got into his car and drove off, "well he's gone.. let's get moving" Charles said. Kelly rolled her eyes in disgust,are they still on this bullshit?

Well she didn't care but they were right about getting home before it got dark, the city was boring anyway since no bar or restaurant opened at night. "Let's go" Kelly said and with that she hopped into her car,the rest followed suit.
After stops at the gas station the friends got home in time.

"Thank God! We're back home" Cleo said as she hugged Josh and kissed him "ugh you two get a room or something. Anyway y'all grab a burger or fries and sit" Liam said as he reclined on the sofa,they complied of course well except for Kelly, " No thanks I have to get my make up done and post a new video on my niknok account" she said and with that she grabbed a mirror.

"Kelly no! Don't, Mabel said we shouldn't mirrors when it's night or when it's dark remember?" Liam said as he laid emphasis on every word, you knew that the curse was real,he had encountered a demon after all,whether this was the only demon he didn't know or would there be countless he didn't know and he didn't want to find out either "mmm, nope, I'm not listening" Kelly said nonchalantly as she was about to look at her face in the mirror to apply her eye liner, then suddenly as if on cue the lights went out.

"DAMN, Dammit! You have doomed us all Kelly" Charles said as his fist made contact with the coffee table and it made a splitting sound, they couldn't see for sure whether it was broken or not but they were sure he broke it. "Dramatic much, relax geez, it's just a coincidence" she said as she blindly groped her way to the cabinet to get a flashlight,she switched it on and they could see but this was short-lived because it went off as as quickly as it came on...
