The following morning the friends' house was swarmed by the police, the paramedics and a bunch of other people. They were questioned and their house was searched.

When it was almost noon, Kelly's body had been taken away from the kitchen and her blood was wiped off the floor and counter. The house was incredibly silent as the friends packed their things.

Kelly's death and the discovery of her body traumatized them. They didn't want to stay in the house anymore. Luckily, they had a separate house in the city which was on the other side of the city and farther from their school. They wanted to use it as their vacation home. It sounded pretty dumb but hey, they saved a lot of money to be able to afford it. So they actually owed no one explanation to how they used their money.

When they finished packing, Cleo looked at the house one last time with tears in her eyes remembering the day they moved in. They were so happy to be living together, not everyone could be blessed with the gift of friendship. She was really going to miss this place, she wish they didn't have to move but why would they live in a house where their friend had died a gruesome death.

With her suitcase in her hand, she got into her car and drove to the new home. After a while, she saw the house in view. "Hey, we were waiting for you" Liam said as he helped her get her suitcase out of the car. Cleo nodded and made her way to where the rest of their friends stood.

"Ready?" Josh said as he held Cleo's hand, "Sure" Cleo replied as she removed her hand from Josh's and entered the house. It was much bigger than the other one but the size didn't really matter to any of them. "What's the matter with you, Cleo?" Josh asked as he rushed in after her.

"Nothing, I'm just tired" Cleo replied as she took her suitcase from Liam and went upstairs. There was nothing but silence as they let the movers bring in their remaining things from the house.

"Hey Baby, want to make dinner with me?" Josh asked Cleo as he put on his apron, "Sure, let's do it" She said as she wore her own apron. Together they made casserole, set the table and served the food. "We're going to have to tell Kelly's family about what happened, we owe them that much at least even if Kelly wasn't fully on good terms with them" Cleo said as he she chewed her food a bit and looked at her friends for some sign of protest against what she said but she saw none.

"I'll do it" Cleo said as she got up from her seat and took her phone, she took the phone book that had Kelly's parent's phone numbers scribbled in it. She dialled the first number and it rang for a while before she heard a voice on the other side.

"Good evening, I'm busy hosting a dinner for the president and his colleagues. Speak up and make this quick" the voice said. Cleo knew it was Kelly's mom's voice from the tone of the voice, "yes um, I'm Kelly's friend, Cl-" Cleo said as she was cut off by Kelly's mom. "Oh, it's you. Peasant, if you're calling to ask me about that brat's money then I don't have time for t-" Kelly's mom said as she was cut off by Cleo

"Kelly is dead. I'm not calling about money or anything!" Cleo said as she leaned on the table with her eyes shit. Gosh! She hated Kelly's family, just like she hated hers. Both were selfish, good for nothing bastards who thought their children were nothing but puppets they could control as they pleased. "I see, she's dead? And what should I do about it?" Kelly's mom said as her voice rang out, she sounded untouched and unconcerned about the death of her daughter.

"Nothing, you should go to hell!" Cleo shouted as she hung up on her and threw the phone against the wall, it shattered but she didn't care. Cleo started to break the things in the house until Josh held her. Cleo had a fiery temper, it wasn't easily set off but when it was it was chaotic.

"Cleo, calm down. Ok? Please tell us what happened" Charles said as he looked at her. "that bitch didn't care about her daughter being dead!" Cleo said as her body shook with anger. "I hate them all, they're useless" Liam said as he squeezed the glass he held in his hand until it broke.

"Both of you need to calm down" Charles said as he rubbed his head in frustration. "Being angry doesn't help Kelly get justice. We need to keep our shit together and focus on the main threat" Charles said as he looked at his friends. When they had calmed down, they cleaned up the mess Cleo made and helped Liam treat his wound.
