Fleur laid her head on Athena's chest, grumbling nonsense in French as she held tightly onto Athena's shirt. Athena let out small chuckles as she complained until she got mad when Fleur started to belittle herself.

"Frenchy, if you keep tarnishing yourself, get out. I've had enough." Athena voiced as she let go of Fleur and sat up. Fleur tried to argue, but Athena groaned in annoyance and went to her desk. "Fleur, how many times do I have to tell you that I don't care that you didn't save me because you tried—"

"I tried, and I was ahead, and I lost and almost lost you in the process."

"You tried, and look at you! You think you're just a normal witch and got lucky with everything. You think that because of this, you're worthless and don't deserve me. You fucking tried! And look at the marks and bruises on you! It hurts to see you like that!"

Athena shouted as she plopped in her chair. She immediately regretted shouting at the love of her life.

"As much as you hate me getting hurt, I hate it even more when you get hurt. I need the confidence you have. I need you to be a badass and be the only person to put me in my place. I need you to be the Fleur Delacour. Not some witch from a fancy Academy that is a guest of Hogwarts. You own this place as much as you did at the Academy."

Fleur watched Athena getting frustrated over her idiocy. Athena let out a frustrated sigh and started to fidget with her rings. Fleur clenched her jaws and murmured, "Okay, but I want to win, to prove something. But I feel so fucking guilty with what happened."

"You can try, but you don't have to because the people in your life know that you're not a just pretty princess. The entirety of France knows that the Delacours are not to be messed with, especially with this heir right in front of me. You don't have to feel guilty about not saving me because I don't care; you just have to do better for the next task. Because if you keep doing this to yourself, I'm not marrying you."

"Wait, don't have to go that far," Fleur stammered as she climbed onto Athena's thighs, straddling her. "I'm sorry. I know you're mad—"

"More like frustrated. My wonderful fiancée faulting herself is not something I want ever to see when she's with me or in her life." Athena grumbled, not looking at Fleur or hands touching her body. Fleur tried to get Athena to look at her; she needed to see those golden eyes.

Those golden eyes gave her everything to love for.

"Athena, please. I'm sorry. Look at me," Fleur whimpered as Athena turned to look at her with nothing to show but only a slight frown. Fleur poked the creases on her forehead to stop the frowning.

"Look, you can be vulnerable with me, but don't do it and think that you are nothing to me. You can be weak and lose as long as you know I will always be with you. You can be strong and win and know I'll be your biggest and proudest supporter. So can I have my Frenchy back?"
