After pulling away last night, the Colgate Raiders return to Erie to finish the weekend series with Mercyhurst in weekend series finale tonight. With 9:09 left in the first period, Kane Elliott scored to make it 2-1 Lakers. With 7:01 left in the first period, Derek Freeman scored his second goal of the season to tie the game 2-2. With 6:35 left in the first period, Wes Baker scored to make it 3-2 Mercyhurst. With 1:55 left in the first period, Mike Borkowski scored his first goal of the season to tie the game 3-3. Charlie Finn and Brandon Wildung matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll skate to a 3-3,first intermission tie. With 14:11 left in the second period, Bryan Sienerth scored to make it 4-3 Mercyhurst. Coach Vaughan pulled Charlie Finn out of the net and so, Zac Hamilton filled in for the rest of the game.
