After another heartbreaking loss a couples weeks ago, the Colgate Raiders head to Orono,Maine to play the Maine Black Bears this weekend at Alfond Arena this weekend. With 10:08 left in the first period, Brett Corkey scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 5:27 left in the first period, Steven Swavely scored to tie the game 1-1. Charlie Finn and Rob McGovern matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll skate to an 1-1, first intermission tie. Finn and McGovern matched zeros in the second period so, 1-1 we stand heading to the second intermission dressing rooms. With 3:39 left in the third period, Steven Swavely scored to make it 2-1 Black Bears. With 13 seconds left in the third period, Cam Brown scored to make it 3-1 Maine. Rob McGovern finished off the Raiders and Maine wins 3-1. Colgate dropped to 5-14-1 on the season.
