After a heartbreaking loss yesterday afternoon, the Colgate Raiders return to Burlington, Vermont to play the Vermont Catamounts today at Gutterson Fieldhouse. With 5:15 left in the first period, Craig Puffer scored to make it 1-0 Vermont. Charlie Finn and Patrick Munson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Catamounts it remains heading to the second period. With 17:42 left in the second period, Mike Panowyk scored his third goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 2:37 left in the second period, Anthony Petruzzelli scored to make it 2-1 Catamounts. Finn and Munson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 2-1 Vermont it remains heading to the second intermission. With 17:24 left in the third period, Craig Puffer scored to make it 3-1 Catamounts. With 2:55 left in the third period, Brendan Bradley scored to make it 4-1 Vermont. Patrick Munson finished off the Raiders and Vermont wins 4-1. Colgate dropped to 5-13-1 on the season.
