After a valiant effort last Saturday, the Colgate Raiders return to Starr Rink to play the defending ECAC Hockey champions, the Harvard Crimson tonight in Hamilton. With 16:56 left in the first period, Sean Malone scored to make it 1-0 Harvard. With 15:15 left in the first period, Mike Borkowski scored his tenth goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 12:30 left in the first period, Alexander Kerfoot scored to make it 2-1 Crimson. Charlie Finn and Merrick Madsen matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 2-1 Harvard it remains heading to the second period. With 19:24 left in the second period, Mike Borkowski scored his eleventh goal of the season to tie the game 2-2. With 8:21 left in the second period, Kyle Criscuolo scored to make it 3-2 Crimson. Finn and Madsen matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-2 Harvard it remains heading to period number three. With 43 seconds left in the third period, Jimmy Vesey scored to make it 4-2 Crimson. Merrick Madsen finished off the Raiders and Harvard wins 4-2. Colgate dropped to 7-15-2 on the season and 3-7-2 in ECAC Hockey play.
