After a miserable weekend last week, the Colgate Raiders head to Providence,Rhode Island to play the Brown Bears at Meehan Auditorium tonight. With 2:34 left in the first period, Tyson Spink scored his sixth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 1-0 Colgate. Charlie Finn and Tim Ernst matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Colgate remains our score heading to the second period. With 12:26 left in the second period, Nick Lappin scored to tie the game 1-1. Finn and Ernst matched zeros for the remainder of regulation so, we'll play extra hockey because of a 1-1 tie between Colgate and Brown. The two goalies matched zeros in overtime so, 1-1 is your final. Colgate shifted to 4-7-1 on the season and 1-3-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
