After a heartbreaking loss last night, the Colgate Raiders fight for their lives in game two of the series with Dartmouth tonight. With 16:23 left in the first period, Connor Yau scored to make it 1-0 Dartmouth. Charlie Finn and James Kruger matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Big Green it stays heading to the second period. With 15:46 left in the second period, Willie Brooks scored his second goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 11:11 left in the second period, Mike Borkowski scored his thirteenth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Colgate. With 6:57 left in the second period, Evan Peterson scored to make it 3-1 Raiders. With 3:43 left in the second period, Brett Patterson scored to make it 3-2 Hamiltonians. Finn and Kruger matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-2 Colgate remains our score heading to the second intermission dressing rooms. With 17:35 left in the third period, Alex Jasiek scored to tie the game 3-3. With 9:19 left in the third period, Darcy Murphy scored his eighth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 4-3 Raiders. With 1:41 left in the third period, Tyson Spink scored his fourteenth goal of the season, into an empty net to make it 5-3 Colgate! Charlie Finn finished off the Big Green and Colgate scaves off elimination by a score of 5-3! Winner take all game three tomorrow night!
