He's Awake ♥️

"Oh man, I'm bugged..." I collapse on to my bed. I've been training with Vice Admiral Garp for six months now, and I'm still fucked.

Sit up and take my hair out. "I better take a shower, then I'll go for a visit."

After a quick shower, I head to the infirmary. Running into Vice Admiral Garp along the way. "Hurt yourself again? Bwahahaha."

I give a small laugh, "yes shaving in the shower and slip." He shakes his head and keeps walking.

Open the door to Commander room, sit down in my usual spot. Ash isn't too far away. Since we moved on to Vice Admiral Garp's ship Ash has been staying close. He's either with me training or sleeps in the Commander's room.

I think cause I spend most of my time with the Commander. Ash wants to be nearby. Vice Admiral Garp doesn't seem to mind. He knows the Commander is always guarded that way.

Grab the book I had been reading to Commander and start.

"Well, that's Graceling done. I'll have to find Fire on the next island." I place the book down, stand up to stretch.

Hear a groan mid-stretch. I look to Ash, he looks back at me. "That wasn't you was it?" He shakes his head, we both look to the Commander.

He groans again, "Ash he's waking up!" Finally, he's waking up.

"Hello? Commander Rosinante." He slowly opens his eyes, I smile at him.

Where am I? Slowly open my eyes and I'm blinded.

"Too bright? Hold on." I know that voice, it's the girl who was trying to save me.

"How's this? Better?" My eyes now shaded, I nod and open my eyes.

My hearing and sight start to clear. "Well hello, Commander Rosinante how are you feeling?" She smiles at me.

I look around, wait I'm in a hospital? I said no hospitals! "Why are you angry?"

I create a soundproof barrier. "What have you done? I said no hospitals!" I grab the book and throw it.

A horse comes over and pushes me back down. "Ash its okay! We're not in a hospital. We're on Vice Admiral Garp's ship. I took you back to my shack. And Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Captain Smoker found us. I did as you asked, I swear." The horse hands her the book. "Thanks, Ash." She pats him.

"Sorry," I look away.

"No, it's fine. I understand everything probably confusing. You've been in an induced coma for six months. And it's been six months since you 'died'."

"What do you mean died?"

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku said it was best that you remain dead. So Doflamingo doesn't come after you."

Suddenly I get flashbacks of that moment. I hold my head.

"Ash go get Vice Admiral Garp! Commander Rosinante can you hear me? Commander!"

All of a sudden the Commander's eyes become lifeless. "Hey, can you hear me? Commander?" I shake him lightly.

Slowly I see his eyes come back to life. "Hey, you okay Commander?" I brush a tuff of blonde hair out of his face.

"Sorry if I did that, I didn't mean too. You're safe now, there's no need to worry." He looks up at me, I smile. I get a smile back. "Now that's better, hehe."
