It had been 8 months since the defeat of General Xaviax and the Kamen Riders had continued to work alongside the No-men, protecting both Earth and their homeworld of Ventara. Then one day, their ally, Agent Michelle Walsh approached Advent Master Eubulon and the Riders to revealed the existence of the supernatural world, and the recent incidents that had been reported by the No-men. Worried that some major event was going to take place in the future, Eubulon sent a few Kamen Riders to patrol the epicenter of the disturbances, Kuoh, Japan.
