In this world where magic is everything, one boy was born without it An orphan named Asta was bullied, neglected, and abused by everyone in his village for being magicless. Because of this, he grew an intense hatred for the very power that society revolves around. The only one who showed Asta kindness was his foster brother, Yuno, who regarded as the only family he had in the world. When Asta and Yuno were kids, they were sent on an errand for the church who raised them and encountered a bandit who tried to steal Yuno's necklace, the one thing that was left to him as a baby. During that attack, Asta tried in vain to protect his brother but was easily knocked away repeatedly and Yuno was killed before his eyes. Just moments after his death, Yuno rose again as grotesque white monster and killed the bandit with ease. When it was over, Asta took the remains of his deceased family and buried him in a spot in the woods before leaving his village for good with Yuno's necklace around his neck. Asta wandered around for a month, and Yuno's spirit has clung to him, killing anyone Asta hated or tried to do harm to him. Eventually, Asta had a chance encounter with a white haired man wearing a blindfold. The man approached him and asked about the spirit haunting him. Asta explained his story to the man the white haired man told him that his brother had become a Cursed Spirit as well as the existence of a power completely different than magic before offering to adopt the boy. Asta accepted and began his journey to become a Jujutsu Sorcerer. What will the future have in store for the cursed, magicless boy?
