Kyudai Garaki had discovered an island with an ecosystem unlike any other. Keeping his discovery to himself, the evil doctor and begun experimenting with the DNA of the unique creatures to create living weapons for his master, All for One. Garaki created over a thousand, using children. Among them, three were considered, by far, his most promising. He dubbed them, "The Three Lords" for being powerful enough to dominate the other hybrids.
When All for One arrive at the lab, Garaki had planned to present the Three Lords as part of his master's latest attempt to murder his archenemy, All Might. However, as soon as their cages opened, the three beasts had went on a rampage so fierce that they caused the other experiments to escape. The monster hybrids had scattered across Japan, some established territories, some went into hiding, some attacking people for some unknown reason.
One hybrid was found wounded and unconscious in the woods, where a certain martial artist had been training. They brought the hybrid back to their dojo and treated his injuries. Will the young hybrid travel down the path of a hero? The path of a villain? Or something else entirely?
