After their deaths, the 12 Kizuki found themselves in another world, in an empire that been corrupted to the core by it's wicked Prime Minister who manipulates it's child ruler like a puppet, and is on the brink of civil war because of it. The demons quickly learned that they were immune to sunlight and regained their taste for human food, but still need to eat humans to regain sufficient strength. They had been wandering the land, preying upon the empire's soldier for a few months, while gaining the attention of the Empire and the Revolutionary Army. How the these two factions respond to the former elite guard of the Demon King, and which side will the demons take in the war?
