"And this is really necessary?" Isolabella sighed as she crashed down onto the sofa, between Bones and Digger.
"You know the drill sweetheart." Bones mumbled as he got up and walked over to the fireplace.
Crouching down he picked up the picture that had fallen and placed it back up on the mantelpiece.
Isolabella shivered slightly as she saw her father's cold eyes staring at her from the photo.
"Just hit it." Digger laughed as he shoved her side slightly, offering her yet another knife.
"I was never good at throwing blades and that." She groaned out as she let her head fall onto his shoulder.
"Your mother wants you to learn." Bones spoke firmly, looking down at her as he moved aside.
"Why doesn't she just get Taranis to do it?" Isolabella asked as she looked up at him.
Bones was hesitant for a moment. "Your brother has no self control. She doesn't believe he'd be capable of doing it successfully."
"He'd do a better job than I would." She mumbled, looking down slightly.
"Says the girl who was gonna kill a baby." Digger scoffed by her side, earning a quick smack from her.
"I wasn't going to actually kill it." She snapped sarcastically.
"That's what I'm saying." Bones spoke firmly as he walked over to her and crouched down in front of her. "You need to be capable of killing anything and anyone in your way."
"But it was just a baby?" She asked quietly.
"Growing up in the hands of your father, it was a threat to you." Bones spoke firmly.
