Genevieve soon came to collect her daughter, demanding she get changed for a meeting with some guy or other, Isolabella was barely listening.
She finally gave up and allowed her mother to pull her into her walk in wardrobe as Genevieve waved her hands at Ace.
"Merrill out of here!" She snapped with a smile. "Your old boys have got some of your stuff and brought it into Taranis's old room."
Ace nodded slowly as he sat up.
"Now out. I'd rather not witness you savagely attack my daughter." Genevieve mumbled.
Isolabella tried to hide her smirk as he was ushered out of her bedroom.
"Now!" Genevieve spun and clapped her hands together. "Let's get you ready for the day."
"What exactly are we doing?"
"A meeting with the man handling our shipment in a couple of days darling."
"And I need to be there because..." Isolabella let her voice trail off as she stripped down and began to change into the clothes her mother had picked out.
"Because as future Queen, this is something you will have to handle when you take over." Genevieve replied firmly as she happily smiled down at her daughter.
Isolabella had now dressed in a tight black dress as her mother handed her a pair of heels.
"I look like an escort mother." She grumbled as she slipped them on.
Genevieve shook her head as she waved her hand. "You look like a Queen my darling. Now come along!"
And with that she turned and made her graceful way to the door. Yet as Isolabella went to follow her, she stopped and spun round go face her daughter.
"And don't think I didn't notice the fact that ring is on a different finger than before Miss Cunningham." Though her voice was firm, a small smile tugged at her lips.
"Now come on, Bones is by the car!"
Isolabella blushed a deep shade of pink but followed her mother down and out the house.
As Genevieve had stated, Bones was awaiting her arrival as he opened the door for both Genevieve and Isolabella to climb in.
They watched as a second car loaded up with Genevieve's men, Digger and Ace included.
