When he finally arrived, Bones was still waiting.
Bones had forced himself to actually imagine that Isolabella had genuinely taken her own life and was now struggling to hold back his emotions himself.
"What you standing there for?" Taranis asked cautiously as he looked Bones up and down, slowly coming closer.
"Taranis I need to tell you something." Bones tried to sound firm but even he could feel his voice cracking, his mind still on the fact that Isolabella had genuinely felt like that.
Taranis shrugged slightly. "What is it? You found the rat?"
Bones shook his head solemnly as he took a deep breath.
"I know you know your sister wasn't handling this well."
Taranis shrugged again. "So what? She's a badass, it was just a break up and some guy dying."
Bones shook his head again as he stared at the eldest Cunningham.
"You and I both know it was more than that. Ace wasn't just a break up and Digger wasn't just some guy."
Taranis looked about. "So what's up? Where is she?"
Bones took a deep breath as he looked up at him, his face showing nothing but true pain.

Isolabella squeezed Digger's hand tighter as she heard her brother's reaction.
His screams.
His cries.
His shouts.
Her eyes shut tighter as she so desperately wanted to block it out.
Digger saw her pain as he freed his hand, quickly kneeling in front of her split legs.
His hands went up and covered her ears as hard as he could, as she stared into his eyes.
Her eyes got lost in his as the pair didn't break eye contact.
