Chapter 34 - Cooper

The darkness surrounded her.
The pain never once stoping as her whole body cried out, desperate for relief or to be put out of her misery.
Every move she made caused the chains to dig harder into her wrists and ankles.
Her head hung as there was no energy left in her system to use.
The only sound heard was a key turning in the lock.
Instantly her eyes shut tightly as light filtered into the room.
"Quick!"
A different voice was heard.
Forcing her eyes open, she saw two pairs of feet by her.
"Just get them unlocked and let's get her out of here okay?!" A voice snapped.
She felt the chains around her wrists finally become uncuffed.
Instantly she collapsed forward as her body was draped over the first man's shoulders.
She couldn't even lift her head as she was carried out of the room.
The brightness of the daylight burned her eyes as she was quickly raced out the house.
Bundled into the backseat of a car, that was being quickly sped away, she faintly heard the sound of an infant crying by her head.
"You're okay Mrs Cunningham, you're gonna be okay."
Her head lifted as she managed to glance at one of the two men upfront.
"It's Cooper." She coughed out. "Miss Sherry Cooper."
"Well then Miss Cooper, now you're free, anything you'd like to do first?"
Sherry coughed slightly as she brought her hand up to the lap of the infant next to her.
"Get my other son back and revenge for Clyde and Frankie seems like a good start."
The two men nodded as they smiled at each other, their loyalty began now.
