A/N WARNING! The majority of this chapter is a filler so it's a bit bland and yeah. The last part is going to be going straight to the next chapter so don't miss it

Shortly after the sibling reunion Damian and the others showed up, guided by everyone's voices, and we quickly set up beds for everyone in Tsuki's house, shop and even her stable, we're just lucky she has extra stalls she doesn't use.

As we sat around the diner table that night after the refugees turned in for the night I spoke up, tired of procrastinating.
"It's time guys. We have to attack, we can't let what happen today, happen again."
"I agree with you Astrid, we've been planning and training for weeks. We're ready." Skye agreed.
"Everyone in?" I put my hand in the middle.
"Let's kick some royal butt." Ember grinned, placing her hand on mine and Tsuki's.
"Let's do this thing." Skye joined in, seemingly to excited for going into battle.
"I trust you Astrid." Damian gave me a heart warming smile as he set his hand in the middle.

"All fired up on three?"
"One..."
"Two..."
"ALL FIRED UP!"

*Cress' POV*

The day Mahira said Astrid would be coming back grew and I began planning a day for us to go out and do something, just the two of us, to get her mind off of whatever she goes through.
Asher and Darius have been trying to distract themselves to keep calm every since we visited the beach and even though I like that idea, I'm too excited about my oldest coming home.

"Her birthdays coming up and her favorite horse should be delivering soon...." I mumbled, putting my hoodie on as I left the castle I call home.
"Cress maybe we should visit you're parents and get your mind off of this." Asher suggested, walking beside me.
"I'm sure Darius would like to see your mom plus I heard Arie's back with her mate and a couple of friends."

"Yeah, I think you're right. I miss Arie anyway."
Asher nodded and sent a quick text to Mav to ask her to get everything set up while we went for a walk through town, greeting everyone we passed along the way.

~~~~~~~
A day later we were in Alaska already settled into our home there and holding a dinner for the whole family; my parents, Arie, Max -her mate-, two other girls I recognized from Arie's wedding, my brother Terrance, my uncle Jack, my aunt Tauki, their daughter Denali, Asher, Darius and myself, all around our large dinner table.
I brought out games after dinner and all was well until someone -cough Terry cough- asked if we knew anything about Astrid.
"She'll be back in a couple days, that's pretty much all we know." I mumbled, avoiding telling everyone she'll be 'heart broken'.
"I hope she's ok, wherever she is."
"We all do."
For a moment everything was silent before one of Arie's friends laughed awkwardly.
"You better keep an eye on your children Arie." The one with dark hair and sea green eyes chuckled, causing an awkward silence.
"Sylvia!" Arie hissed, smacking her friend upside the head.
"What!? Oh..... oops." Sylvia mumbled, smiling sheepishly.
"Yeah oops stupid!" Arie looked at me apologetically.
"I wasn't gonna say anything until you got Astrid back."
"It's fine Arie, I'm happy for you. Besides, I'm sure Mavis wouldn't mind being a big sister." I shrugged.
"Thanks Cress, you're the best."
"I know I am."
We shared a grin before getting back to ultimate slap Jack.
Hours later our hands were red and we were exhausted, having played slap Jack for the past five hours.
We decided to call it a night and everyone began cleaning up.
"It was nice having all of you guys over." I said, giving them hugs one by one.
"It was nice hanging out with everyone again, we should do this more often." Arie agreed before taking Max's hand and leaving with her friends.
*Astrid's POV*
I led the team into the castle, my eyes an angry emerald green.
"Me and Damian will head straight to the throne room, the rest of fan out and keep the guards away Alright?" I asked, glancing back at them.
"Sounds good, and stay safe guys." Tsuki demanded, pulling us in for a hug.
"We'll do our best, as long as you do the same." I agreed, smiling softly.
"See you in time for dinner!" I called over my shoulder before dragging Damian off towards the throne room.
We burst through the doors with little to no effort and found the king already standing with a sword in hand in front of his throne.
"I knew you'd come, especially after my farm was discovered. Such a shame you won't live to see me take over the human kingdom." He sneered, stepping closer.
I made sure I had my crystal necklace around my neck along with my choker before holding my hand open to make my sword.
"That's so funny, I didn't realize we were in your dreams." I snapped back, studying each of his movements carefully.
"You think you're so clever girl, just wait. You won't be making any more snarky remarks like that when Im finished with you."
"Oh no, I'm so scared." I cried sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
This seemed to have pissed him off further, seeing as how he charged at us, sword ready, with the most disgusting face I've ever seen.
Things are about to get messy.
My point was proven moments later when he tried to stab me with his sword and that's when I knew it would be him him or get killed, which is what u use to justify my next action; I cut his thigh -just barely- and kicked where the sun don't shine, prepared to fight for my life. Because that's exactly what I'd have to do, that and much more.
