It was summer vacation, just a few months since Hitoshi was taken in by the mafia Vongola, which to his surprise was the same multi-million-dollar support gear company in Japan. He shouldn't be surprised, though. They have mad scientist Verde, anxiety-prone engineer Shoichie Irie, and 2crazily competitive mechanics Spanner and Gianinni. Not to mention the all-knowing Byakuran Gesso of the Millefiore Famiglia who gets information from his counterparts on various parallel worlds.

He was taken in, and currently holds the position of the Vongola Decimo's male aide - Haru's counterpart. Tsunayoshi Sawada, the man who saved him from getting bloody murdered, then flew him all the way to Italy, is the tenth boss of the mafia Vongola. He is a loved and respected man, everyone admire him, he is known for having stopped many conflicts and he helped many people from the short time since he's taken the title. He has also formed new alliances with rival families. All that despite his many protests of not wanting to be the Vongola Decimo.

He was briefing Tsuna of his schedule when his phone rang. He fished it out of his pocket. "Unknown caller," he announced.

"Chrome," Tsuna beckoned. "His voice, please."

Immediately he can see indigo-colored smoke weaving its way to his throat. Chrome nodded to him.

"Ciao," he greeted.
"Shinso?"

Hitoshi wished he didn't answer the call. With a deep breath he answered, "Aizawa."
"Where are you?"

He fought the urge to roll his eyes heavenward. "Overseas," he simply said.
"You're a minor. You expect me to believe that when you've left all credentials at our place?"

"I suggest you track this call right this moment and see for yourself," Hitoshi challenged.
"Already on it... Holy shit... What the hell are you doing in Italy?"

"Working."
"You illegally smuggled yourself on some flight to Italy?"

"Yes and no," he teased. "Let's just keep it low and say my friends in high places picked me up and whisked me away."
"Really, now?"

"Well, as much as I'd like to end this call I'd also like to know why you called. And don't think that you can lie to me. I can easily control you now, regardless of the distance and of the comm. link. And you won't be able to Erase my quirk because I'm not in your line of sight."
"You don't say...?"

Hitoshi snapped his fingers. Upon hearing the sudden hitch in breath of his caller, he barked, "I'm going to call you back after ending this call so you need to answer that." He pressed the end call. "And now I just have call him back," he announced.

"Why didn't you just pried him for answers?" his Boss Tsuna asked.

"Because I am so decent that I would let him know who hit him," Hitoshi answered with a grin. "Chrome, undo the voice thing, please," he nodded to the lady.

As soon as the last wisps of indigo smoke were gone from his sight, he pressed dial. "Hello, Aizawa," he greeted at the call connected sound.
With another snap of his fingers he heard the other line suck in a deep, loud breath. "Shit... Did you just evolve?"

Choosing to ignore the implied meaning of the question, he asked instead, "Have I made myself clear, now?"
"I don't even have a reason to lie, Shinso"

"Tell me, then, the purpose of this call?"
"I wanted to ask you if you'd like to enroll at UA?"

Hitoshi pulled his lips back into a thin line. "UA? Yeah, sure. Gen Ed sounds great."
"Not gonna try for Heroics?"

"And risk you being my homeroom teacher? No way, thank you. Anyway, I'm working right now so gonna go. I'll call if ever I change my mind."

As if on cue, Takeshi, Hayato, and the now back to his birth name (Mikumo) Izuku entered the office.
