There was a loud thud coming from the upper part of the house, where Tenya assumed was the bedrooms.
"JUUDAIME!!!" Gokudera shouted as he ran up the stairs, followed by Yamamoto.
"Well, it looks like you guys worried for nothing," Shinso declared, smiling in relief.
"What do you mean?" Sato asked.
"Tsuna has arrived," Midoriya announced, answering their confused looks and unsaid questions.
"You mean they managed to escape the villain's lair without the help from actual heroes?!" Hagakure questioned, seemingly doubting Midoiya's words.
"And managed to destroy maybe half of my room, if not entirely. Maman is not gonna be happy," Uraraka grumbled under her breath. Todoroki patted her back with an almost imperceptible nervous smile on his lips.
"What about Bak-"
"Is here, too," Jiro cut in Kirishima's onslaught of worried querries, earsjacks stuck to the wall near the stairs.
"Can you stop doing that? You're overstepping the privacy of Sawada-kun's mom," Kaminari reprimanded the reconning lady.
"I am, only because they're about to descend," she teased back.
True to her words, Sawada and Bakugo emerged from the stairs, along with a teary-eyed Gokudera who had his arms wrapped tightly around Sawada's hips, thus being dragged by the resigned-looking victim, and Yamamoto who was back to his usual smiling and easy-going demeanor. The noiret even had his arms over Sawada's shouldes in a side hug.
Both were worse to wear. They looked ragged, roughed up, scarred, and hungry for blood. The innocence was carved out of them and what replaced was the facet that reality was a bitch, and they were either a top or a bottom.
Where did the top or bottom even came from?
"God-fucking-damnit, Sawada," Bakugo cursed as he scoffed at his co-victim. "I am questioning your sanity, but I can't argue with the results."
Bakugo called Sawada with his name? The Bakugo 'I-don't-care-about-names' Katsuki? What happened during their time in the lair of the villains?
Sawada rolled his eyes. "Like you're any better with your catch me Imma jump off the window. I should've let you pummel to your death."
"Oh, so you've had a taste of Tsuna's own brand of chaos?" Ok, what does that even mean?
"Reborn, that's all on you," Tsuna deadpanned at his tutor. "All on you. Nothing I might've released back there was anything from either Hayato's complete 180° turn, or Takeshi's fake obliviousness, or Chrome's butterfly metamorphosis. The only sane one among us would be Izuku, if he'd only remove his suicidal tendencies."
"Again with the fucking outlandish adjectives," Bakugo rolled his eyes.
