That's the end of this story. I don't know if y'all find this interesting or whatever, but I still thank you for all the support you guys have given to me and this story. I actually didn't expect the reads and votes I've accumulated (and will still gather in ao3 as its only updated to chap49 there), so seeing the meager numbers made me happy. (My hub told me to stop reading before I start writting one myself, unknowing that I'm already writting one😅)
To be honest, I didn't imagine myself ever finishing this. I had like, 3revisions before OFAQAH finally landed. 1st was starring only a sad Hitoshi and a so done Tsuna. A short fic where Tauna would ask Hitoshi to brainwash everyone that he's not Vongola Decimo (anymore?) and off to his own life he goes. (Whether he drags his friends or not, I haven't ironed that out.) While I was writting chapter 2 of that, I thought why not add a Night!Izuku to the mix. I kinda made it complicated by doing so, and the brainwashing idea had to be pushed aside. I came up with a Byakuran's world domination all over again plot, but when I came to writting down fight scenes, I just dropped the whole thing altogether.
I didn't want to really drop the whole fic writting, tho, so I made a basically cannon Mha just add Tsuna and co to the mix. (I even had a chapter where Tsuna offers Chrome's illusions to All Might as help so that he can retain his Hero form without compromising his 3hr limit while in school.) It sounded so bland, so I scrapped the whole thing. Again.
Take note, I didn't delete my pre-written "fics", even if I scrapped them, so I was rereading them for inspiration and that's when it clicked. Why not a still cannon MHA EXCEPT Izuku does not have OFA and stays quirkless but with the KHR world moving in the background, he has gained instead the Night Flames. (Tsuna still meeting Hitoshi before the actual plot starts stays as well.)
That's how OFAQAH came to life, using what can be reused from my previously scrapped ideas, adding bits and more as I continue writting.
On whether kid Katsuki and kid Izuku had an impartial fledgeling bond, you are free to think that yes, they did have one. (Or that they don't, that the childhood memories they shared bound them to each other.) Katsuki is apparently the catalyst for Izuku to awaken his Flames. (Even I didn't know that; everything I wrote resulted to that outcome.) His Night Flames, however, were latent when they were still young. There was a subtle implication in the very last chapter that Izuku isn't really actually satisfied with his childhood with Inko, and with the bullying, he had developed negative feelings, resulting to the flicker of Night Flames, however latent. Inko's death was the catalyst to fully awaken those dark flames, and his Sky Flames, with his subconscious resolve, helped his body by calling forth the other Flames to keep him alive. (I know I previously said Izuku is an Inverted Sky, but before that he was a normal Sky. The flicker of Night Flames was what made him inverted.)
If you've ever wondered why the Estraneo (Izuku's former famiglia affiliation) didn't teach Mikumo Akatani of the Dying Will Flames, it is because it became a rather taboo topic within the Famiglia themselves, after what their predecessors had gone through and suffered because of it.
On another kinda confusing note: Assassination Classroom coming into play with Izuku's life. There's an actual fic for it that I wrote. The title is "Karasuma's Unstable Student" . It's on my profile and already complete. (Unrelated, but kindly read "Facing Her Past" as well🥰. It's a Chrome Dokuro-centric fic featuring Mission: Yozakura Family. Completed as well.)
Important notice! While I am thankful, I am afraid that I may not be able to post the 2nd story (DekuGuardians fluff) until I finish writting it. I am currently disappointed in its outcome, and writter's block is hitting me like truck-kun with the intention of isekai'ing me. I'll see to it that I finish it by the time I'm done posting OFAQAH in ao3, tho, so don't worry too much. If you have any fluff ideas, comment it down. I would love to hear some. (I've decided on an almost plotless story. There's little plot, but it is there only to move the story along.)

Also! I know I've announced about my Baku27 fic, and I've finished writting that one already, but until posting the 2nd book is done, I cant post that one, seeing as their setting age in the Baku27 story is during their 3rd yr in High school. (The 2nd story is set in their 2nd year.) (*Unless I decide to exchange years, this is going to be the series arrangement.)
And now as I wrap up this fic, I thank you all again for the endless support you have given. Words aren't enough, blah, blah, blah, (too much cliché), but one thing is for sure: I am grateful. As a send off, here's one cute Tsuna photo.
