Moving on

After the voicemail ended I dropped my phone to the ground and fell on my knees. I put both hands on my face and began crying. I know this was supposed to be a good thing but when he said it just made me feel like I wasn't at all ready. I felt someones arm wrap around me and i turned to look and it was Logan. I hugged him back I was so glad he was here I just needed the comfort of a person.
Logan:"what's wrong beautiful" I just shrugged and he hugged me tighter.
Logan:" come on talk to me"
Me: " Well he is ready to let go and I know that is suppose to be a good thing but I just feel like I am never going to be ready"
Logan: " I know how you feel and it's going to be hard but then one day everything is going to be diffrent you will always have that person in your heart you will always have feelings for them but you will be able to move on...it just takes time,why did yall guys break up?"
Me:" its kinda complicated to explain...and thank you for being here"
Logan: " No problem do you want to go inside? "
Me:" I think I want to stay out here for a little longer" he let go and tugged some hair behind my ear and wipped the tears away with his thumb.
Logan:" Okay then I guess I will stay here with you" he stood up and held a hand out for me I took it and he leaded me to a white bench by the other side of the pool.
Logan:" there is so many stars today and the moon is brighter than usual"
Me: " It looks so beautiful " I was looking up at the sky and he had an arm around me and I felt his esmerald eyes looking at me. I turned to look at him and his eyes shined with the moons light.
Logan: "If there was a remote control for time i will pause it right know "
Me:"why"
Logan:" because right now so many beautiful things around me the moon the stars, you and even myself" i gave a small laugh and continued looking up. We stayed there for fifteen minutes just looking up and also waiting to get dry.
Me:" I am ready to go inside"
Logan:" Okay wait let me contemplate this moment one more minute.....okay lets go" he stood up and put his arm around my shoulder as we walked inside. I looked around for Corina and Kenia but I didn't see neither of them. But I saw Kian there and when he saw me he walked up to me.
Kian:" There you are, Corina and kenia where looking for you and taught maybe you left to the hotel an when they saw the car still there they figured you went walking so they left"
Me: "That means I am going to have to walking now..what time is it?"
Kian:" Its 2:45am if you want I will take you that way I can see Corina again gosh that girl is beautiful "
Logan: " wow time goes fast when I am with you and its fine I will take her I mean if she wants"
Me:" yeah i will go with Logan...well thanks for inviting us"
Kian: " No problem...so me and corina are going on a double date with Jc and kenia tomorrow any tips for her to like me" i was kinda sad I was going to be alone tomorrow but was really happy for Corina.
Me:"just be yourself" I gave him a quick hug and said goodbye.I followed Logan to his car it was a yellow jeep.
Me:" nice car i like the color"
Logan: " thanks but its actually my friends his letting me borrow it for the week"
Me:" that's nice of him we had to rent one"
Logan:"so tomorrow since your going to be alone will you like to go with me in a little tour?"
Me:"well I dont think I can sorry" I felt bad for saying no but I didn't think it was such a good idea.
Logan:" oh its fine" i looked out the window and everything look so pretty. We where only a few miles away fron the hotel as the GPS said. We didn't talk the rest of the ride.
Logan:" well here we are have a good night hope to see you around"
Me:"goodnight thanks for the ride it was really sweet of you"
Logan:"No problemo" I got out of the car and I waved goodbye and headed to the hotel doors. I stood there for a second trying to remember what room I was on and I looked for my phone because I had all the information in my notes but as I looked I remembered that I had dropped on the ground in the party. I went to the front table and ask and they told me I headed to the room I took the elevator. And there was a girl with blond/brown hair she had hazel eyes and had a black veil brides t-shirt on black jeans and convers.
As the elevator went up it did a sudden stop. It was stuck!
Me:"oh my God did the elevator just stop?"
"I think so " I began pressing all the buttons but nothing worked.
"Hey its going to be fine it usually stops only for thirty minutes "
Me:" How do you know that?"
"Well i always forget this is the bad elevator this is my third time.....I am Izzy" she extended her hand and I shook it.
Me:" I am Julia nice to meet you" I smiled and sat on the floor and she did too.
Izzy: " So are you here for visit or do you leave here?"
Me:" I am just visiting"
Izzy:" Same" we talked most of the time trying to make time.
Me: " so do what's your favorite band or singer"
Izzy:" Pierce the veil and Black Veil brides and you"
Me: " i have never heard of them but will listen to them when i have chance....i like Birdy" when i finished talking the elevator began to move.
Me:" Yay" when the doors open we both got out.
Me: " well it was nice meeting you Izzy"
Izzy:" nice meeting you to well goodbye goodnight I will see you around"
Me:"Goodnight" when I got to the room I opened and both kenia and Corina where asleep. I put my purse beside the door and tippy toed to the bed I got on the bed as slowly and quietly as possible to not wake them up but when I turned Corina was looking at me.
Corina: " where have you been"
Me: " well I was with Logan"
Corina: " please tell me nothing happened between yall"
Me: " of course not he is just a friend he offered to bring me back when I found out yall left...its just Ansel left a voicemail....he is ready to let go and I taught it was good thing but when the words came out of his mouth just made me realize how I wasn't and then Logan told me that it takes time and he knew how i felt we talked thats about it"
Corina: "And he is right if thats what you want its going to take sometime but one day your going to rip that bandage of...that Logan guy seems like a nice guy "
Me:" he is he wanted to give me a tour around California tomorrow since yall are going a double date but I said no....well enough about me how did things go with kian"
Corina: " you should of said yes. ...and everything went great he is so sweet he said that he really liked me"
Me: " that's great"
Corina:" I still think this is a dream"
Kenia:" Can yall stop talking and let me sleep"
Me:"okay okay goodnight" i fell asleep fast but then I fell something cold touch my neck and when I opened my eues corina and kenia where pouring water over me.
Me: " yall are so going to pay back just wait when your asleep i am going to draw on yalls faces" I stood up and there was a tray with pancakes,eggs, and hashbrowns.
Corina:" can you help us choose our clothes"
Me:"Nope"
Corina:"what why pleassssee"
Me: " that's what happens when you pour water on your bestfriend but since I am such a good friend ...fine" I chose a maroon blouse with high wasted black shorts for corina and a melon V neck for kenia and white shorts.
Corina:" Thanks for helping....are you sure you dont want to come with us or want us to stay?"
Me:" No i will be fine I might go take a swim later"
Corina:"okay if you say so well we will be back at 8pm probably"
Me:" hey can you tell kian if he saw my phone I left it at the party"
Corina:"sure well goodbye"
Me:" Goodbye have fun" when the door shut I looked around I felt lonely i took a quick showee and then jumped on the bed and turned the TV on. I went through the channels but there was nothing good on I went to my suitcase and looked for a swim suit I chose a dark red bikini and put a black coverup. I did a fish braid and grabbed my black sandals and was about to open the door when someone knocked.
Me: Hi what are you doing here?"
Logan:" you left your phone at the party so I brought it back"
Me: " thank you so much i hope you didn't go trough it I mean I don't have anything bad but you know"
Logan: "haha of course not... so where are you heading?"
Me:" the pool"
Logan: " I was heading to a place way better than a hotel pool want to come?.....please say yes I brought you your phone back"
Me: " Sure"
Logan:" Are you serious"
Me: " yeah i mean we are just going as friends"he just smiled and nodded, I grabbed my purse and we headed to the mystery place.
Ansel POV:
Yesterday that I called Julia and she didn't answer I was dissapointed I wanted to hear her sweet voice it didnt matter if it was to reject me I just wanted to hear it. When I left a voicemail saying that I was ready to let go it wasn't true but I wanted her happy. And when I called her this morning and a guy answered telling me that she was asleep. The worst taughts came to my head. I never taught she could move on so fast my father was right she was just playing with me she never really loved me.
