Peaky Blinders- Finding Out Your Pregnant Pt1

Arthur
You had been married about 5-6 months. You found out you were pregnant when you walked into the betting shop to give Arthur his lunch. Polly had stopped you and pulled you into Johns empty office
"Does he know?" she asks frowning at you
"Does who know what?" you ask feeling very confused
"Don't be silly YN. Does Arthur know your pregnant?"
"Excuse me?" your eyes widen "what did you just say?"
"You didn't know did you?" Polly now realises while you shake your head
"But I've not been sick, I'm not tired or grumpy or eating more"
"Not everyone has those symptoms love. But you are most definitely with child. So now you best go and tell my nephew"

You walk into his office where he's sat doing paper work
"Arthur?" you nervously say his name. He quickly looks up at you
"What's wrong?"
"I need to tell you something, please don't get mad at me"
"What did you do?" he asks, but not in an angry way, more of a concerned
"Errm so. I've just been taking to Polly and..."
"What did she say to you?" Arthur looks annoyed now
"Will you let me speak?"
"Sorry" you take in a deep breath
"I think I might be pregnant" you breathe out. It's silent for a short while. You finally look up at a shocked Arthur "please say something" you plead
"Your pregnant?" you shrug still unsure if Polly is right, but she's never been wrong before
"Maybe. I don't know for sure. Poll said that I am and she's..."
"Never wrong. I'm going to be a father?" Arthur smiles wide and gets up from his desk. He walks over to you and kisses your forehead "we're going to have a baby" you start to calm down now and can also start to feel excited with the idea of a baby. Arthur then goes to his office door and swings it open, while pulling you with him "oi everyone" everyone's eyes are now on us "I'm going to be a father!" he yells out feeling so proud.

Tommy
The first time you were pregnant was before you got married, so the second time you fell pregnant you already knew the symptoms. Morning sickness, aches all over your body, no period and the biggest giveaway was that your boobs and stomach were bloated. You and Tommy had been married at this point for 1 year and were trying to get pregnant so to say you were excited was an understatement and you couldn't wait to tell him the exciting news.

He was away in London when you found out, but the night he came home you couldn't wait to tell him. You were sat with your son, Charlie, reading him a story before bed time when Tommy walks in
"Dads home" Charlie shouts jumping off the sofa and running to the front door. You walk after him and see Tommy picking up Charlie who is now hugging with his around Tommys neck "dad guess what?"
"Please tell me your mum didn't try baking cookies again?"
"No don't be silly" Charlie laughs along with his dad "mammas got a baby in her tummy" Tommy then looks at you
"Surprised" you smile. Tommy walks over to you, still with Charlie in his arms, and he pulls you into his side
"The best surprise to come home to"

John
You and John decided that you wanted to wait before you had your first child together, but the universe had a different plan. It wasn't long after you became intimate that you fell pregnant. You found out after being sick for 2 weeks, it was actually John who realised that the mystery illness was actually morning sickness. He had seen Martha plenty of times pregnant to know that you were now carrying your first child
"So much for waiting to have a baby aye" he had said to you after holding your hair back while your head was in the toilet
"Pardon?"
"I think your pregnant YN"

Of course you needed to confirm the pregnancy, so John took you to the doctors who in fact told you that you were with child
"Are you happy?" you ask him
"Of course I am. Just a little shocked that's all, wasn't expecting this so soon, but it was going to happen one day. Are you happy?" John asks as you hold hands walking down the street
"Very happy. Scared to how I'm going to give birth"
"You'll have Polly and Ada with you, and we've got time before that. Just promise me you'll take things easy?"
"I will if you promise to come home at a normal time at night?"
"I promise"

Finn
You and Finn waited a long time after your marriage before you wanted to try for a baby. In fact you waited 4 years after your marriage before you tried to get pregnant. Almost straight away you fell pregnant. You found out after putting on a dress to go to one of Tommys charity events
"Damn it. Finn can you zip me up?" you ask your husband. He walks over to you stood in front of a mirror and attempts the zip
"It's stuck" he says trying to unzip then zip back top. Tear start to prick your eyes and you move his hand away
"It's not. I've just put on weight" you sigh and walk over to your wardrobe looking for another dress that might fit
"YN, Finn are you ready?" you hear Polly knock the bedroom door
"Err no. YNs just getting dressed" Finn calls out
"Bloody hell" the door opens with Polly looking annoyed, but once she sees your upset face hers softens "what's wrong?"
"My dress won't zip up and now I can't find anything else. Ive put on weight Poll" you pout now sitting on your bed
"Love it's not the end of the world" Polly sits next to you then looks down at your boobs. She takes hold of them making Finn gasp
"Polly what the hell"
"Well I know why your dress won't fit. Your pregnant love, congratulations to you both now I'll go and find you a dress that will fit"

Polly had managed to find you something to wear for the evening. You were slow dancing with Finn
"I love you YN"
"Even when I'll be fat and cranky and can't do anything for myself anymore?"
"Even then. I'll be by your side the whole time"
