" this is it , it's still here, this is fives van " said luther as we approached the van
" go"
Luther tried to open it fruitlessly , so deigo used one of his knives to pick the lock and open it.
They both tried to lean in bumping into eacother, then doing it again another two times. I rolled my eyes.
" I'm one" said luther before leaning in again. " damn it" he opened the back for us and we stepped in
We began looking through his stuff. Then deigo whistled grabbing our attention.
" I know where to find five" he presented a copy of extra ordinary to his with a bunch of writing on it.
" great, let's go" I said before we all quickly left the van and began walking. Deigo this better be right.

We made it into the public library , I could already feel something was off.
" let's split up " said luther
" wow good thinking " deigo replied
I rolled my eyes , could they never get along! I followed deigo and we began our search, nothing on the first ,second, third or top floor . Where we met up.
" anything?" Asked luther
" nope" I replied
The two sighed before deigo piped up
" you wanna know why I left?" He asked
" what, what are you talking about?" Asked luther
" why I left the academy. " deigi replied bluntly
" yeah cause you couldn't handle me being number one" I punched luther in the arm for his words then immediately regretting it as my hand felt like it was broken completely.
" no" deigo said " cos that's what you do when you're seventeen. Move out , become your own person . Grow up."
" oh yeah, you're a real grown up" luther replied snarkily
" atleast I make my own decisions" said deigo " you've never had to hold down a job, pay bills, have you ever even been with a girl? "
" I dont know what your talking about "
" look" he snickered " you wanna blame me--blame us. For leaving ,that's ok. But mabye your asking yourself the wrong question. Mabye it's not about why we left, mabye it's about why you stayed."
" I stayed because the world needed me" luther replied in a threatening tone as he approached deigo anger boiling inside of him.
" you stayed because you couldn't let go of the way things used to be" deigo corrected him. " with the academy, with dad, with allison. " they stayed silent for a moment " dads dead. Mom too , now . We're orphans again dude. And things are never going to go back to the way things...used..to..be"

Deigos focus was on something else now though , and so was mine as I heard a woman say
" where are his parents?"
Me and Diego walked towards them
" I'm gonna call security " the same woman said
As we came round the corner we saw five, with a bottle of alcohol in each hand , books scattered around him and his head laid against the wall while he snorted softly .
" is he uhm" luther asked
" drunk as a skunk" me and deigo replied
" luther, pick him up" I ordered "we need to get him out of here "
" agreed" the ape man replied then picking him up in a way an adult woman would carry her new born baby " let's go"
We left and walked down the street earning weird looks from people as we carried five.
" well we cant go back to the house" luther piped up after a while " it's not secure those physco paths could come back at any moment "
" my place is closer no one will look for him there"
Suddenly we heard five burp slightly and his eyes opened
" I swear if you vomit on me" luther said in a threatening tone
" yknow it's funny, I'm going through puberty. Twice" said five " I drank both the bottles didn't I?that's what you do, when the world you love goes by bys, poof it's gone. What are you guys talking about?"
" two masked intruders attacked the academy last night" luther informed him
" they came looking for you!" Deigo explained further frustration clear in his voice " so I need you to focus what do they want"
" hazel and cha cha" five sighed
"Who?"
"yknow I hate code names"
" the best of the best" said five "except for me of course"
" the best at what?" Asked luther
" yknow , delores always said she hated when I drink" he changed subject " said it made me surly "
" hey!" Deigo yelled " I need you to focus, what do this hazel and cha cha want? We just want to protect you"
" protect me? I dont need your protection deigo. Do you have any idea how many people I've killed?" Asked five " I'm the four fricking horsemen , the apocalypse is coming " suddenly he threw up everywhere . I grimaced
" lets just, get him back to your place. " I piped up
