This is such a bad fucking idea

This is such a bad fucking idea. No, this is the worst. God, who pretends to be someone they're not? Especially at a time like this.

I groaned as Alsace passed by me, grabbing my suitcase to carry it inside the plane. Abuela is already inside waiting for the both of us.

He can't even pretend to be someone else because the fucking private plane has his surname all over it.

Seriously, Montellia?

He came down the plane, his expression annoyed.

"Come on, abuela's waiting."

I watched him watch me, crossing my arms. I shouldn't be petty, but that one simple mistake could ruin the whole fun for abuela. And maybe... me.

He sighed, grabbing my hips with his big hands. I tried to back away, but he grabbed me tighter. "Pettiness won't get you anywhere, Detective." he whispered, he kissed my ear and backed away. "So, enough of this and let's go."

I rolled my eyes, walking first before him. I felt him guide me up the stairs, inside the plane, it was spacious, four seats a few meters apart from each other. Abuela sat comfortably, her eyes closed. Hendrix sat in front of her, Nicolas insisted bringing him because no one was free to take care of my dog.

I gave the precinct a heads-up that I will be gone for two weeks, they were really happy for me, but they didn't know who I was with, I don't have any plans on telling anyone about this short trip with Alsace.

When the plane flew, Abuela slept peacefully without even looking outside. She must be really tired since she wasn't sleeping a lot last night. She packed a lot of clothes for the trip; for me and for her. I told her not to pack mine, but she got really annoyed about it, so now I have clothes that I didn't know I had.

Alsace sat in front of me, tapping whatever it is on his tablet.

"You know you're not supposed to communicate with anyone while on plane." I told him.

He hummed in response, then, he showed me what he was doing. I laughed, shutting my mouth quickly. That was a laugh I didn't knew would come.

"Don't tell anyone my secret, Detective." he said, back to playing his stupid game. I rolled my eyes.

"I don't tell."

He hummed in agreement, the hum sounding a little suspicious, like he didn't agree with the statement I just gave him. I kicked his shoe, he glanced at me, raising a brow in surprise.

"What's that for?"

"For not trusting me." I replied.

He shook his head and chuckled, looking back at his screen, he played again, he murmured, "I trust you." but it sounded as if he was talking to himself, or agreeing. "I trust you, yeah." he said once more, this time, confident by the answer he gave me.
