Quickly he pulled over and gave her that stabbing look. It was cold, dark and ready to kill you. Her teary eyes though were still looking out. She couldn't dare to look back at him.

"Look at me" he demanded but she couldn't move. It was almost impossible. She felt weak.

He groaned and he spoke louder "Taylor, I said look at me!"

She could do nothing but cross her arms against her chest. Then he growled and grabbed her jaw and turned her head at his direction. She was forced to look at him. However, her eyes were trying to look away. But once again, it was impossible.

"I SAID LOOK AT ME" he shouted

With it she looked up. Joe leaned closer to her. He seemed to be intimidating. Taylor swallowed.

He sighed and said "This is not about you. Don't make me regret my own words"

A few more tears started streaming down her face "I hate you..." she managed to breathe out

He, then, let her jaw free and leaned against the window. Once again, he sighed and looked back at her. "I need you to calm down" he told her

"I can't..." she mumbled and pulled her legs close to her chest. At this point, she wasn't feeling safe around him.

"Listen to me. I'm not mad at you. I promise I'm not. I'm just... I'm just scared that I'll lose everything that my father and your father built all these years" his body went numb

"And I know that if you truly loved me, you wouldn't treat me like that" she wiped her tears

"First, I said I think I love you. Second, don't try to avoid this. We're both in trouble" he explained

"I never said that we are not. I just want some respect. The way you treated me was...disgusting" she told him

"I know... And I-im sorry" he hid his face in his palms

"You should be" she said and a few rain drops met their windows.

"I'm just trying change, and change for you but my past and my experiences and all my fucking life, do not let me do it" he left his back fall behind.

The rain was pouring down quicker. "Drive" she requested. Joe looked up. "Let's go find out what's wrong" she said.

"You really don't understand"

"Just drive"

"No"

"Drive or I'll jump out of the car" she said and instantly he locked the doors. She sighed again "I'm not your hostage Joe. Please, drive and don't talk to me for the rest of the day." she advised him "It's not like you can open up to me..." she looked away

"I'm sorry..." he lowered his head

"Drive"

"Don't you dare demand me to do things! You for that?" his voice darkened again
