"What a show! If I didn't know better, I swore you would have kicked his ass on the spot. I got chills," Ran said.

Sakiko said nothing and remained silently sitting on the couch of the penthouse. All the executives and even Draken and Inupi were there. Right after the encounter with Joker, they headed back to Bonten's apartment complex in a hurry and on high alert. After what had occurred, Mikey feared Sakiko would have been targeted but luckily, nothing happened. But what truly worried him was the silence Sakiko had locked herself in after confronting Joker. She had not spoken a word.

"What do we do now?" Sanzu asked. "With all the racers knowing Raven's true identity, it might get a lil' harder to get the asphalt,"

"At least there's no problem for her to attend Kousei's gala anymore," Rindou said.

"Dude, just shut up," Koko rolled his eyes. "Besides, Joker might have outed her identity, he had no evidence backing her up. With a little luck, they might not believe him,"

"You don't actually believe that, do you?" Sanzu rolled his eyes. "Whether it was true or not doesn't matter to the organized crime. They'd do anything to assure their victory,"

"You do have a point but Saki lives on Bonten's territory," Kakucho countered. "They won't dare enter our turf and she has Bonten's protection. Attacking her means attacking us,"

"Didn't Berserk have no issue sneaking in your turf?" Inupi asked, which annoyed Sanzu regarding the act that he was indeed right.

"And one of them did assault Saki again after that too," Ran added. Draken shot his head up.

"What?! When?" this was information he was not aware of which was quickly understood by Bonten. The Hatani brothers smirked, amused by the little trouble they had caused while Koko and Kakucho looked awkwardly at Sakiko who only closed her eyes and sighed, resting her head on the back of the couch. If she had kept that hidden from him, it was for a reason. She knew he'd freaked out. Fair enough. But nothing grave happened. Nothing happened to her, at least. "That Berserk guy who got murdered. Was it related to that?"

Her nose slightly crunched remembering that day she wished to forget. Her hand even twitched as the sensation of his body temperature leaving returned. And her reaction was enough for Draken to understand. Everything matched. The date of the murder matched the day she had started to work from home. He knew she had not been the one committing the crime. Sakiko was not capable of taking the life of someone. But still, it had been a dreadful experience. Something that must have awakened painful memories. Satohiko. Baji. Emma. And Senju.

"You'll have your lovers quarrel another day. We have more important things to take care of, if you don't mind," Sanzu spat and Draken only rolled his eyes.

"Since this incident, Bonten had strengthened its repression policies and influence throughout Tokyo," Takeomi continued, bringing everyone back on the topic. "What happened back then will not happen again. No enemies will enter our turf,"

"But how can you be that sure? Berserk might not want t kill Saki, but these gangs will,"

"If we can contain Berserk out, these lower gangs won't be too difficult," Kakucho answered. "And they are more fearful of us than Berserk. They won't dare go against us,"

"But during the race, they might want to try killing her," Inupi countered. "It'd be easy to pass it as an accident,"

"That's my problem,"

All eyes turned to Sakiko. It was the first word she had spoken since they returned.

"Saki, you-," Mikey tried but was quickly cut off.
