I remember holding your hand. Kissing you goodnight, and goodmorning.
I remember sharing longing glances and sweet kisses, the warm hugs, the loving touches.
Now all it is, is us ignoring eachother in the halls, avoiding eachothers eyes, and presences, trying to have short as possible conversation.
When i remember us being as close as possible. Never being uncomfortable. Wanting to keep everything longer, so we could bask in eachothers presence and love.
Now you're with someone else, and i guess that just ruins it entirely.
While im still holding onto the love, and wanting it back, wanting to feel that joy again.
First loves are funny like that i guess. You think it'd last forever. But in reality, its gone as fast as it appeared.
