"The only reason I'm here is because of Stefanie. But her hoe-bag mother can shove it." Frankie says shoving a pig in the blanket in her mouth along with a shrimp cocktail for most of the family had just gotten to Stefanie's graduation party and Frankie was already annoyed but relieved to see Sharon. Despite the girls early reservations about the woman she had really warmed up to her in the last year for Sharon had been very supportive to all the kids during her Mom's split, and had helped as much as she could during the tough transition."I can't stand her ass."

"Now honey that is not productive," Sharon says grabbing some shrimp cocktail for herself as Frankie stuffs her face again with another horderve. "And your beautiful face is going to stay like that if you keep frowning, honey."

"How can anyone want to be here? Stefanie lives with Mama Dukes anyway, and we should have had the party there! But her snotty ass dad and hoe bag tramp mother JUST have to have it at their stupid house which she doesn't even live at anymore. This is the second time Stefanie is living with Mama Dukes because her parents suck. AND there is so much damn alcohol here what is Mama Dukes supposed to do?"

"Baby girl," Sharon puts her loaded plate down as she places her hands on the angry girl's shoulders causing Frankie to look at her. "Your Mama Dukes is not interested in drinking because she is here to celebrate her godchild. Now I want you to relax and stop worrying about her parents, honey. In fact stop worrying about everything. Take a break for a day. You don't need to protect everyone all the time, Stefanie." She winks joking with the girl as it causes Frankie to grin a little. "Now come load up on this seafood because this is not cheap. Lobster rolls are at least 30 dollars each if not more! So eat up, baby!"

Frankie bursts out laughing now as she tries to relax and grabs a lobster roll. The two happily head to sit with Julius and Phillip as she spots Tess rushing around and rolls her eyes.

"What are you rolling those eyes at? Or rather WHO?" Julius notices as the girl sits down, and Sharon gives her a look.

"Nahhh, just a bit annoyed at how over the top this thing is, but like Nana Dukes said, lobster rolls aren't cheap! So eat up!" Frankie laughs as Julius looks at her like she's lost her mind.

"Oh honey, I know you did NOT just say that! This is the perfect grad party! I wish I had one just like it! All I had was a meet and greet at the local Pizza Hut with pizza, sodas and salad bar! THENNNN, I had to help clean up after!"

"Of course you would, Uncle!" Frankie laughs as she sees Tess again passing by with a clip board.

Tess of course was feeling rather tense as it was, for she wanted to make sure the party went okay. Both she and Jerry had outdone themselves with hand carved ice sculptures, a live band, a photographer, catered food that was enough to feed an army, a homemade ice cream and candy stand, a magician, and a roller skating rink. To top it off Jerry had gotten Stefanie a new car, along with her own apartment hoping to change her mind about everything. But she had refused and still planned on keeping her job at the ice cream shop until she left for college and still planned on living with Stef.

Stefanie also thought the lengths her parents went to for this party was ridiculous as she knew and saw they were trying to outdo each other. When in fact right now she wasn't fond of either of them, for the crap they continued to do and in her mind this party was all for show and any minute she was waiting for them to fight about something and bring her in between it.

Tess had gotten her a new fur coat for New York, along with fancy Louis Vuitton luggage. None of which she was interested in as she mingled among a few of her friends casually just wanting the party to be over and to head home with her godmother, whom she was worried about considering there was a good amount of booze. But as she turned around to see where Stef was she could see her chatting with Mike and that eased her fears a bit as the woman caught her stare and winked at her.
