".....Interested in learning more? Then join me at Palmer X 2019, where the power is in the Palmer of your hands." I sat on the table, tail flicking irritably as the team watched Neron's new broadcast commercial, featuring Ray's face plastered all over the screen. I hissed, displeased that a demon was using my master's body as a vessel.

"I don't care if Neron's wearing my best friend's face; I want to punch him," Nate huffed, his frustration evident.

"Get in line," Mick grumbled, taking a swig of his beer. "Ogres are big softies; that one wouldn't even hurt a fly."

"Ugh," Charlie sighed, rolling her eyes. "Can we focus, please?"

"Neron's been a step ahead of us for too long," Sara said, her voice tense. "We need to play offense."

"Agreed," Nyssa chimed in.

"Sorry, what are we agreeing to?" Zari furrowed her brows in confusion.

"Look, it's time for us to fight back. We're retaking the Bureau," Sara declared, determination etched on her face.

"Gideon, pull up the blueprints for the Bureau and start fabricating an arsenal," Sara ordered as we gathered around the central console. "Right away, Captain," Gideon responded, her voice robotic but efficient.

"Look, Gary has bonded with the Fairy Godmother. While he might be an idiot, she is not to be underestimated. Mick, Nate, Tama, you think you can handle Tabitha?" Sara asked.

"Granny's dead," Mick grumbled.

"Easy peasy," I said, lifting my paws in mock confidence.

"Good. Ava, Nyssa, and I will handle Neron," Sara continued, her tone leaving no room for argument.

"Yeah, I want a crack at him. It's my bureau he's running his operation from," Ava growled, her fists clenched.

"Of course, beloved. I too would love to take the demon down a few pegs," Nyssa added, nodding in agreement.

"Not to be a buzzkill, but even John, Tama, and Nora couldn't out-magic Neron," Zari pointed out, raising an eyebrow.

Mreow I huffed, feeling mildly offended.

"I just felt a kick!" Nate interrupted my thoughts, eyes wide with excitement.

"Oh, I want to feel!" Charlie exclaimed, placing her hands gently on the egg cradled in Nate's arms.

"Right now, the smart play would be to bide our time and wait for John-o to return with Ray's soul," Charlie said, still petting the egg.

"Shockingly, I agree with Charlie. I love you, little Wicksty," Zari cooed at the egg, her voice sweet and gentle. I huffed grumpily, not liking how much attention the hatchling was soaking up from the humans.

"Okay, can you guys stop being dragon-baby crazy right now? Look, this commercial is proof that Neron is up to something big, and we need to stop him before it's too late," Sara cut through their fawning, her tone firm.

"Captain, I have an incoming communication from Nora Darhk," Gideon announced.

"Put her on," Sara ordered, and the screen flickered to life, revealing Nora's face, her voice laced with urgency.

"Sara?" Nora spoke, glancing over her shoulder as if she were being hunted.

"Talk to me. What's your status?" Sara asked, her tone sharp.

"I'm tired of skulking around air ducts. I'm going after Mona," Nora replied, determination clear in her voice.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. We're gearing up for an assault! Hold your position!" Ava interjected, her brows furrowing with concern.
