Yves is new to Hogwarts. No one is ever new to Hogwarts. Sirius Black knows this probably better than anyone having had nearly all the eligible girls at Hogwarts. But there is something about this girl that is a little bit different, there is a dark...
We apparated to the Potters home. It was a grandiose, Tudor style house, with a lavish garden. Even in the snow I could tell that there wouldn't be any gnomes. Inside there was polished wood, huge windows that let in the crisp white light and comfortable furniture. Mrs. Potter, Euphemia as she insisted I call her, showed me to the kitchen and told me that I could eat absolutely anything, whenever I wanted it. But that dinner would be at 7.
She then showed me to one of the guest bedrooms. It was amazing. It had it's own bathroom, a massive bed and windows looking out onto the grounds.
I ran myself a full, very hot bath, using all of the guest elixirs. I soaked my body for a long time before climbing out and readying myself for dinner. There was a bottle of Sleekeasy's Hair Potion and I put some on my hair and almost instantly, it was smooth. Without my slight curls it reached past my waist. I wore it down and put on a simple but pretty dark knee length grey dress, some black tights and a pair of boots. I put on the cardigan Lily gave me and it matched beautifully. I sprayed some perfume onto my skin; it was perfectly floral and sweet. I smiled at the fact that both Sirius and I would know that I was wearing his scent.
I skipped out my bedroom feeling lighter than I had in a long time. The Potters were amazing. I did not feel uncomfortable for a second. They hadn't asked about Sirius and I being a couple, nor had they asked about my lack of parents. They had just embraced me as though it was a normal thing to do.
I bounded around the corner, determined to help Mrs. Potter with dinner and collided with Sirius.
"Fleury! Merlin! I'm actually going to tie a bell around your neck." He said steadying me with his hands on my arms.
I laughed at his grumpiness. "I was just coming to find you." He said, a smile tugging the corners of his mouth.
"I was just going to help Mrs. Potter with dinner."
"Oh... I was just coming to get you. It's ready." He slipped his hand into mine and we walked to the dining room.
"What are you wearing by the way?" I asked, trying to keep the bursting laugh out of my voice.
"What? Don't you like my Christmas attire?"
I couldn't help but snort laugh while he shook his body, showing off his red Christmas jumper.

There was a roast chicken in the middle of the table, a carving knife and fork rose in the air and began cutting as we sat down. There was huge bowl of roast potatoes, one with peas and carrots and another with pumpkin. Our gasses were full of a golden liquid I recognized as mead.
Sirius sat next to me and kept on shooting furtive glances at me. There was concern on his face but I smiled my most polite smile, determined not to screw this up for him in any way.
