4.1. A TALK & TOUR WITH MISS 'PINK': REQUIREMENTS

As the two went through the process of the entrance, they finally made it into the Elysian Realm's strange and bizarre structure.

Mei: "..."
Mei: "What is this place?" She wondered.

There were pieces of rubble and debris that were spiraling upwards around a tower that stood very tall, as if it was the center of the world.

???: "Hi."

A strange voice came to her without warning.
It felt as a whisper and as far as a distant cry.
Mei turns around to see Elysia once more.

Mei: "Elysia..."

Elysia: "How do you feel?"

Mei: "Nothing unusual."

Elysia: "That's great. For your first time, it seems you're already getting used to it. I'm impressed."

Mei: "What is this building for? Is it from the Previous Era?"

Elysia: "Looks unreal to you, right? Back in my time, this building was nothing special... just an ordinary house."
Elysia: "I guess the disoriented feeling is all part of the fun when you explore the Elysian Realm. Expect more surprises."

Elysia: "Back to the topic, you look fine so we're going to skip ahead to the next step now."
Elysia:  "This is your first attempt, after all. Remember not to push yourself too hard."
Elysia:  "There won't be any penalty if you fail. Don't worry, I'll always be here for you."
Elysia:  "But of course, surrendering without even trying in not encouraged. If you give up halfway, you'll have to listen to me say this again, so try to stick it out until the end."
Elysia:  "Any more questions?"

Mei: "My first attempt? So you're testing me?"

Elysia: "Yes, in order to get used to this space, I just need to know how far you can go first before I let you do anything else."

Mei:  "What's my objective? Defeat someone or find something?"

Elysia:  "Objective? There's no objective. It's just an experimental, or should I say training?"
Elysia:  "Never has a Herrscher stepped in here, and I've never taught one before. It's something new for the both of us."
Elysia:  "Anyways, just follow your heart and explore freely. Just like I said before, I want to see how far you can go... without the help from the other Flame-Chasers first."

Mei:  "How do I know when I failed?"

Elysia:  "When you're unable to defeat an enemy no matter what or perhaps you get stuck in an infinite loop."
Elysia:  "Concentration is hard. When your mind is exhausted, the memory link will be interrupted."
Elysia:  "Don't worry, when that happens, I'll protect your smart little brain."

Mei:  "..."
Mei:  "I understand my situation now. I don't have any more questions."

Elysia:  "Okay then, should we get going?"

Mei:  "Yes."

Elysia:  "You have my blessings, your soul shall shine brightly."
Elysia:  "Raiden Mei's adventure in the Elysian Realm starts here!"
