Chapter 21: Is This The End?

"This can't be happening..." I said in my mind.

"Someone that you love... die right in front of you while you sit back and watch!!" Satan said, plunging the metal rod into Tyler heart, then summoning a second one to plunge into his stomach. Tyler yelled in pain as the rods pierced his body. Satan then threw Tyler to the side, leaving him to bleed out.

"Tyler!!!" Both Luke and I screamed at the top of our lungs. Luke managed to remove the rod inside him and bolted towards Satan with his spear. "You'll fucking pay for this!!" Luke said angrily with tears in his eyes. "Catastrophic Thunderbolts!!" Luke said, summoning multiple thunderbolts to strike down Satan.

"Come on, break free!!" I said as the ground began to crack around me. "Realese!" Leviathan said in a faint whisper. "Leviathan, you're still alive?!" I asked. "Yes, but I don't have much time, slice my head off so you can recieve my strength to help you against Satan!" Leviathan said. "Why are you helping us?!" I asked.

"Because you'll be setting me free... free from Satan's orders!" Leviathan said. "You'd be doing me a favor!" She added. "Fine then, and thank you!" I said as I placed my scythe on her neck.

"Gentle Flames!" I said, slicing Leviathan's head off. Some of her blood was on the scythe so I quickly drank the dripping blood and suddenly felt all her power surge through me.

"Luke, hold him off for a bit... I need time to unlock the Demon God Form, and Tyler... please hold on for dear life." I said to myself as I plunged my scythe into the ground.

***"Then it won't be long until I unlock it as well!" I said. "Don't bother, you have to control your power to create this form!" Satan said.***

I closed my eyes and concentrated to control my power... then my body suddenly began to feel numb and light. My current demon form suddenly faded away and I started to see all my power, all my strength flow through my body.

"Luke, do you really think you'll win!?" Satan said as he kicked Luke to the ground. "I can take you on, you're no threat, Thundering Dash!" Luke said as he bolted behind and above Satan. Luke swung his spear, slashing the back of Satan's head then bolted around to appear in front of him, slashing the left side of his face.

"Time Stop!" Luke said, freezing everything around him. As Luke was about to plunge his spear into Satan's chest, he noticed that Satan had his eyes locked on to him. Satan turned to him and punched Luke into the ground, releasing both of them from the Time Stop.

As Luke tried to get back up, Satan lifted him by his head and slowly began to crush it. "Not so fast, Thundering Punch!" Luke said as he punched Satan's arm, shocking him so he could release Luke.

Meanwhile Satan and Luke were fighting, Tyler was able to remove the rods from his body but he was far beyond from healing himself... he needed someone's help. He noticed a large cloud of smoke from where I was at, then noticed Luke and Satan, so he crawled his way to Luke.

"This can't be the end... for me... I have to push through the pain!" Tyler said in agony as he kept crawling.

"Thundering Slash!" Luke said, swinging his spear, only leaving scratches on Satan's body. Satan chuckled, "I'm surprised you still have energy to even stand!" He said. Luke's vision began to fade from blurry to clear, as he started to get exhausted. "At least I'm attacking... all you're doing is standing there and taking the hits without fighting back!" Luke said. "It'll be a waste of energy if I attacked you!" Satan said.

"What's the matter then, are you afraid I might hold my ground against your attacks?!" Luke said as he smirked. "Why would I be afraid of someone like you?!" Satan asked, showing a small hint of being irritated. "Thunder God Form!" Luke said, turning into the form that Shinra summoned out of him, intimidating Satan in the process.
