Chapter 26: Five Years Later...

Time skips..? Wonderful, I know, I hate it when I experience these but it's been five years since my last visit with God and we've all... changed...

Max(29), instead of keeping his hair in a man-bun, let his hair be loose and long while now having a decently sized mustache and beard. His relationship with Amanda has now evolved to father and mother since they gave birth to male twins (five years old).

Tom(28) and Camille(28) are still married and had two daughters, one of four years and the other was three. Tom's hair was now messy and not too long while Camille has shorter hair now.

Alexander(29) still single, grew out his hair while getting an undercut to match his style. He also grew a goatee which made him look more cooler like he said.

Sean(28) still kept his medium length wavy hair, saying he doesn't want to change it even though he's now older. He also apparently grew a full mustache and beard so people began to call him a grizzly bear because of it.

Kathy(22) gave herself a braided hairstyle because as she said, she hated combing it every morning. On the other hand, Sam(23) still kept her hair loose and made it more wavy than before.

Krystal(22) grew her hair out, still being blonde but the red highlights were more larger and noticeable. John(22) grew his hair to a mullet type hairstyle, without the side fades, because he said what's the point if getting a mullet if you'll get rid of the sides.

Luke(20) kept his perm hairstyle with an undercut but grew only a beard and shaved off the mustache. Since he had muscles when he was fifteen, he's been increasing them ever since, which attracted lots of girls but is still devoted to Azora.

Tyler(29) now had a messy hairstyle with a full beard and mustache and his daughter Hailey turned five last week. The party got a bit hectic on the alcohol but it was still enjoyable.

And yours truly is now twenty-three, with a beautiful full beard, and a more muscular body than before. And my hair has gotten a bit longer but not too much with my middle-part. I'm happily married to my wife Jade (Thompson) Alvarez who's pregnant to my son, were getting to the day where he'll be born.

During these five years, we've been fighting off demons and angels that were trying to kill us... we've even saved multiple humans and ended most of the problems happening around the world. All of us gave all the demons a new title... instead of being known as evil creatures, we've renamed the demons as helpful beings, which made the angels more angry at us.

But even though we've gotten stronger, faster, and smarter... I have gotten too powerful that I have seen beings that aren't visible to anyone else. For example, I've met a being named Nelle, but when I tried to talk to her, she vanished away... but I ignored it for now.

***Location: Outside of Camille's House***

"So, has everyone been evacuated?" Luke asked. "Yes, Max and the others have taken the humans far from this war's location." Sam said. "And Azora?" Krystal asked. "She's in safe hands, don't worry." Luke said.

"Okay, I've rounded up all of our demons to be prepared for tomorrow." Tyler said as he landed right next to us. "Good, this war may be dangerous, but we will win no matter what." I said.

Max finally teleported himself and the others back to us so we could spend our final normal day before the war.

"Everyone is evacuated, and your families said to be careful." Alexander said. "We will. They don't have to worry." Tyler said.

"Now then, let's enjoy this day and treat like any other day... with alcohol!" Tom said as he ran inside to grab the whiskey. We all followed inside, and everyone grabbed themselves a shot glass to drink, but I chose to pull out my blunt packet and ignited one.
