The Not So Perfect Fairytale

Chapter 3

 We arrived on site and I put on a vest under my loose flannel that would make it so she would not know I was wearing it. I then walked toward the building. I knocked Jake opened the door he looked scared out of his mind and I walked inside putting my gun on the floor and kicking it away from me. When I got in I saw that I was right and it was the woman from before. She smiled at me and I stood there not moving.

"Ok let them go and I will stay here," I said and she looked at me surprised that I already knew what she wanted out of all this. She nodded and I walked over to the phone and called Jefferson. I told him that the hostages were coming out and then put the phone down without hanging up.

All of them left the room except she held onto the princess. I looked at the girl and smiled. The woman then pushed the princess over to me and I hide her behind my back. I then started taunting her scene everyone was out of harm's way. I looked at them women and smirked commenting on how stupid she was to end up going into daycare and turning it into a hostage situation.

"Bitch don't mock me, this was a brilliant idea and you would have never thought of something this awesome if you were in my situation." She said starting to get mad. That was what I wanted. I needed her to get worked up so she would make a mistake and I could take her out. She got so mad that she aimed the gun at me and I braced myself to dodge and pull the girl out of the way. If I could, she pulled the trigger and offended me completely. When she fired she fell backward and I ran over to her grabbing the gun and pulling it away. I then felt a sharp pain in my head and realized that I still had not completely recovered from the hit.

Jeffersons POV

I waited as May walked into the daycare and sat there holding my breath. Then my phone rang and I picked it up. It told me that the hostages would be coming out. I then say all of them come out and I had the others pull them to the side and listen to the phone. It went quiet as no one was speaking loud enough for me to hear and then I heard a gunshot. I was not sure what happened and then all of the sudden the princes ran out of the building toward me and there was an explosion in the back of the building. Not close enough to hurt the people that were in the front but the first would spread quickly.

"She said that you can go in it is all clear you have to save her she saved me she can not die in there please," the princes said and I smiled telling her it would be ok as I sent the men in together and the criminal. James the princess's brother came over to grab his sister when the people came out with May on a stretcher. Rose pushed him to the side and ran around to May.

"Hey I am glad that you made it out," May said and smiled at Rose the girl started crying and when they put May in the ambulance she asked them to take Rose with her. I smiled to let her know that I would let Luna and the others know where they were going and that we would meet them there. I then told James that he could ride with me to the hospital.
