The Not So Perfect Fairytale

Chapter 7

 Luka walked me into my room and I started screaming at the top of my lungs in rage this bitch needed to shut the fuck up who did she think that she was. Luka looked at me sadly as I fell to the floor. Just then my father walked in mad about something. But stopped dead in his tracks when he saw me.

"Father if this is about declaring war if that bitch takes the crown then I will take full responsibility but no one will hurt Rose on my watch she will take the throne and anyone who tries to take it from her will be killed by me personally," I said standing up and trying to compose my self. His eyes softened as he looked at me.

"No darling this is about something else. There will be a memorial celebration in a month to commemorate the passing of our queen. Two years ago next month was the day of your accident when we lost you and our queen so we want to celebrate our lost queen. I was just wondering if you would want to help host it." He said. I sat there for a second debating it and then nodded.

"I will but I will do it my way and my team gets to plan everything goes," I said and he nodded looking at me curiously. I smiled and pulled my wig off. Then I handed Luka some clothes and we both changed. I changed into a pair of jean shorts and a blue tank top and Luka changed into a pair of jeans and a blue t-shirt.

When we were done we went to find Taffy and my brother. We found them waiting for us in the front room already changed and ready to leave. We then went out and got into my jeep heading back to town I decided to go to a burger place that was on the way to eat and I called Rose and asked if she could meet us there. She said she would be there at about the time as us and when we got there she was already seated at a table with a girl that was her age. We then went over and sat down with her.

"Hey, Rose we were wondering if you could help us plan this party that I have to host in honor of my mother. Also, who is this beautiful young lady with you" I said looking at the young girl that looked terrified of me?

"Hands off she is mine and yes I would love to help you," She said and I smirked at her. The girl next to her started to blush furiously as a woman came over and we all ordered our meals.

"So what's your name cupcake," I said looking at the girl as Luka hit me on the back of the head in a playful way.

"Her name is Lily and you already have a boyfriend so don't give my girlfriend pet names save them your boyfriend," Rose said smiling at me as I kissed Luka.

"Just playing you know I only love you, baby," I said smiling at him he nodded, and our drinks came as I took a sip of my drink I nearly spit it out as the one person that I never wanted to see again entered the door. My Ex-Axel. When I was 15 I dated a boy for about a year and his name had been Axel he had been very abusive and I had a really hard time getting out of the relationship because I had thought that he was my whole world.

I quickly hid in Luka and sunk down in my seat a little bit Taffy seemed to notice that something was wrong and she looked over to see him standing there and she knew that I was scared. I was able to protect myself now but I was still scared of him. He sat at the other end of the restaurant where he could not see us so I relaxed and e finished eating.

But as we got up to leave I heard someone call my name. I tried to run out of that restaurant as fast as I could. I and Luka were the last to out of the restaurant. But before we could get through the door Axel grabbed my hand.

"Is that your sugar plumb" As those words left his mouth I froze unable to move as it brought me back to my past?

Flash Back to age 15 at his house

I sat at the table across from Axel as he ate the food that I had made for him I was scared that it was not going to be up to his standards and he was going to get mad. He finished the plate and I sat there looking at the ground. He stood up and walked over to me. He lifted my chin to look at me and I felt tears start to spill down my face.

"Why are you crying I haven't even done anything yet sugar plum" I tried to stop myself from crying but I couldn't and that only made him madder as I felt his hand connect to the side of my face.

End of flashback

"Please don't hit me I am sorry" I said as I raised my free hand to protect my face. All of a sudden my brother and Taffy were at my side and Luka was looking at Axel with anger in his eyes.

"Would you be so kind as to remove your hands from my girlfriend sir?" Luka said in between gritted teeth. He was clearly mad at Axel. After he released my hand, Luka picked me up and brought me to my jeep he set me in the back set and sat next to me as Taffy and My brother got in the front and we started to drive off.

"What just happened and who the hell was he" Luka shouted and I flinched. He noticed right away and pulled me into a tight hug.

"That was my abusive ex boyfriend" I said throught the tears that had already started to stream down from my eyes. He looked at me and huged me tighter as he storked my hair as I fell alseep in his arms knowing that I would have to explain this to him at some point just not today.
