The Not So Perfect Fairytale

Chapter 19

 After they had shown me to the room that I was staying in I lay down and looked at the ceiling. I could not believe that my parents were royal and they spoke sign language. It would be so nice to be able to talk to them. I could not believe that I had found my family and they seemed so happy to have me. I am so glad. I fell asleep wondering what it would be like in this new world that I had just become a part of.

I woke up and looked at the room smiling that it was not a dream and that I was going to be ok now and I would not have to deal with the mean person anymore. All of a sudden I heard the sound of crying and I got out of bed and followed the sound down the hall two rooms. I smiled as I walked in and saw my baby sister sleeping and my brother crying. I picked Eli up and started rocking him back and forth.

He soon calmed down and Bonnie started to stir a bit but I did not want to put Eli down for him to start crying again. Just then the door opened and a girl that looked to be about ten with blond hair and blue eyes. She walked over and looked at me with the same face that I had confused.

"Who are you and why are you holding my baby cousin?" She said and I tilted my head to the side. I did not know that my mom's brother had a daughter. She then seemed to look more closely at me and her eyes lit up.

Who are you? I was not aware that my mother's brother had a daughter let alone a child at all. I signed at her and she looked at me again and then she seemed to have a moment of realization. She smiled at me.

"Sorry I didn't know that you were Aunt May's daughter. I am not her real niece. I am Lily's little sister. Let me help you so that we can make sure that aunt May and uncle Luka can sleep. I smiled at her and she handed me a carrier to strap to my stomach and helped me hold Eli so that I could put it on. She then carefully put Eli into it and then did the same on her for Bonnie. Then we walked out and she showed me to the dining room where Lily and Rose were waiting with a few other people that I did not recognize.

I smiled at them and set Eli down in the green highchair that was next to the purple one. When I put her down a woman came over and handed me a bottle and I fed Eli. I then looked over and saw that the other girl who had told me her name was Alice was doing the same thing.

I smiled at my two siblings and then the others introduced themselves to me Alice and Rose helped translate my sign language for them and they said that they would do their best to learn so that they could communicate with me better.

Just then May and Luka walked in and smiled at me. I glanced over and smiled as we all started eating breakfast then someone came into the room and glared at all of us, especially my mom and dad. Who was he and why was he being so rude to them?

May's POV

We had all started eating and getting to know Lizzy better when James came in and looked at all of us and glared at us and then looked over at Lizzy and he seemed shocked. And what was he scared of? I smiled at him politely and cleared my throat.

"Why is that demon in your castle she wouldn't be here?" He said as he pointed at Lizzy. She just rolled her eyes and kept eating her breakfast. Now I was mad and wondering what he meant by that.

Just because I lost you a lot of money and probably your whole music career does not make me a demon She signed looking at him with a slight smirk. She did what oh I love my baby already. I smiled down at the eight-year-old girl that had ruined this basterds' life and smiled. I was so proud but I needed to deal with this bastard first so I could be proud of my baby.

"Was there a real reason that you needed to interrupt our breakfast or did you just come to make fun of my daughter?" I asked and he looked at me shocked. I smiled at him with fake sweetness. He just glared at me and then took a deep breath.

"I just came to tell you that the merging of the two kingdoms will be a lot harder than you think because I will not let it happen. Also, Rose should get ready to give up her place as queen because I am coming for it." He said and with that, he left the castle. I just rolled my eyes and we all went back to eating.

Then the door burst open again and I rolled my eyes turning around to see Luna Megan and Jack at the door all smiling widely at me and the twins and Lizzy. I Looked over at Lizzy who seemed very confused as Luna ran over and hugged her.

"Lizzy this is Luna she is for all purposes your grandma and that is Megan and Jack your aunt and uncle I guess," I said and she smiled and started crying. I looked at her worried about what happened and why she was crying.

"Are you ok I am sorry I should have asked before I hugged you" Luna said worried that she had upset the young girl.
No, it is not you. I just can't believe that I went from having almost no family to having so much overnight it is truly amazing to have so many people that care about me. She signed and Lucy translated for those that did not know sign language. We all smiled at her and Luna gave her another big hug. I was so happy to have her with us now.
