The Not So Perfect Fairytale

Chapter 18

 It was the day of my coronation and I was a little bit worried not because of anything I did but because I was worried that James was going to try and fuck this up as well. After what had happened at Rose and Lily's I had set up the extra guard and was ready for anything including him coming in and being bitchy like he always did.

I was in my room with Lexi, Abby, and Taffy helping me get ready for this. I was a little bit nervous but all in all, I was ready. I pulled my breath in and Taffy pulled the strings on the corset. When that was down she put on the five underskirts that I had to wear. I almost fell over and Lexi helped me stand up while Abby pulled the dress over my head. It was a beautiful purple and pink strapless gown that went down to my feet. I sat down and carefully and Taffy helped me put on a pair of black boots. I then walked over to the babies and picked up Eli handing him to Abby and then handing Bonnie to Lexi.

The two of the left with the babies and went to the hall when Matt and Luka walked in and smiled at me. Luka wore a black suit with a tie that matched my dress and Matt wore one to match Taffy. Taffy wore a blue dress that went down to just above her ankle and had a pair of white heels to match.

Taffy and Matt walked out and I stood up carefully walking over to Luka who took my arm and lead me down to the hall for the ceremony. I walked onto the stage and surprisingly the whole thing went on without a problem or any site of the bitchy couple.

That night we were all having dinner and talking when Annabeth handed me a letter. I looked over the letter and then shot out of my seat and ran out of the room toward my office.

Rose's POV

When May ran out of the room I looked at everyone and Luka handed the baby food to Luna to finish feeding the twins and ran after his fiance. I picked up the letter she had dropped when she ran out and read it over.

Dear Princess May,

What are you up to these days? I haven't seen you in a couple of months since I kidnapped your little friend. I wanted to let you know that I found something of yours that you might want to see. I found out that you were pregnant when we were together for those nine months that I was away overseas when you were fourteen. I know that you think that our child died in the hospital but it turns out that that thing is still alive. You are probably wondering how I found all of this out. That is because I found out that your father has been taking care of a little girl that looks to be about eight and looks just like you.

As soon as I found out that you were pregnant and that this girl looked so much like you I got a DNA test for the little runt. She is definitely our child and I want only one thing for this information if you give it to me you can have full custody over the kid and I will not fight. I need you to clear my record of kidnapping that little bitch and if you don't I will take the kid and leave and you will never see her again.

I looked over the letter again and then looked over at everyone else at the table and started reading the letter out loud so that they knew what it said and why I was so surprised at it. I could not believe why she did not ever tell anyone and for that matter was any of it true?

May's POV

I ran into the office and picked up the phone dialing my 'father' and he picked up after two rings. I took a deep breath as I heard his voice on the other line say hello. I froze at first, not sure what to say.

"It is May. You will bring my daughter to the castle right now and I will reward you for it if you refuse. I will fight and take her away easy because she is mine and you will be arrested for kidnapping and will get no reward" I spoke trying to control my anger at him.

"I am on my way with Lizzy now but I better get a reward for it," he said through the phone, and with that, he hung up the phone. I was now in tears as Luka came into the room. He took one look at me and ran over hugging me as I explained what had happened. He smiled and told me that it was going to be ok and that he would happily raise Lizzy like she was his own.

Lizzy's POV

Fake daddy came in and told me that my real mommy had finally found me. Yay, I was going to go home to my real mommy. I was so excited. My friend Lucy had told me that my dad was not my real dad and that my real mommy was a princess but she did not know about me.

Lucy said that she knew that as soon as mommy knew about me she would want me to come live with her in the castle with the rest of her family. While we rode to the castle Lucy smiled at me. I could not wait to see my mommy.

When we got there and walked in I recognized one of the women that were in the entrance to be my mommy from a picture that Lucy had shown me. She ran over and hugged me tight and then a man came over and hugged me as well.

Who is this man mommy I signed and mommy looked at me confused.

"She is asking who this nice gentleman is that is next to you princess," Lucy says, and then mommy starts to cry. I look at her and then Lucy is confused about why she is crying. She then looks at me and to my surprise she signs.

This is your new father and these are your siblings Eli and Bonnie. Who is this? I smiled at her glad that she could understand sign language.

I am glad that you can sign this Lucy. She is my interpreter since I am mute I am so glad that I have such a great mommy. I sing and she just smiles at me.
