A/N: I know it's been ages since I last updated, I just stopped writing for a little while because of writers block and some mental health issues but I'm back :)

Dear Diary,

Today I'm going shopping with Caroline, Bonnie and Jo, I'm so glad Jo is coming along because I could really use her advice on baby products to buy.

While we're at the mall, Damon, Stefan, Enzo and Ric are going somewhere, they didn't tell me where, which I should definitely be worried about.

I'm now 30 weeks pregnant, which is crazy, In around two months I'll have a baby...

"Where do you want to go first?" Jo asks.
"There's a really cute baby boutique a few stores down, they have nice clothes in there," I say and we start walking.

When we get there we start looking around, since we don't know the gender, we're keeping things neutral, but I do think it's a boy.

"Elena!" Caroline squeals and I look over at her.
"Little snow booties!" She pouts, holding the boots up.

They're adorable and I realise leaving here with any money left is going to be hard.

"Into the basket, right now," I tell her.

Damon's Pov

"Another one," I call to the bartender.

"Do I have to remind you about the last time you got drunk? And how many times you threw up on me?" Stefan asks.

"Calm down, this is my second," I say as the bartender slides me my glass.

"I swear if all three of you get drunk, I'm going home," Stefan groans.

"Don't worry, we aren't light weights, like Damon," Enzo tells him.

"Rude," I mutter,
Enzo chuckles at my remark as he takes a sip out of his glass.

The four of us just sit there, drinking and talking.

Elena's Pov

We walk out of the store after an hour with three full bags.

"I miss having babies, I want one," Jo pouts.
"You can always baby sit this one, just know that he's a kicker," I tell her.

"He?" Caroline asks.
"I've been calling him a he, call it mother's intuition, and I prefer it to 'it'," I explain.

"Does Damon call him it?" Jo laughs.
"Yep, I don't mind because it's funny," I say.

We head to Starbucks and sit down with our drinks and some food,

"First you don't want a gender reveal and now you don't want a baby shower," Caroline whines.

"I just don't know Care, we're getting to the point where this baby can come any time and still have so much to prepare," I explain.

"I get it," She sighs dramatically, making Bonnie snicker.
We sit silently for a few seconds before Caroline sighs loudly again.
Bonnie and Jo silently laugh at her and I hold mine in.
